Sai palace was a fantastic place in the middle of town, just opposite to city centre mall. The Hotel Sai Palace is just few meters away from railway station. Rooms inside the Hotel Sai Palace is really good and the bed, washroom is neat and clean. Buffet breakfast is another thing which i have to give extra marks for this Hotel Sai Palace. Very good vegetarian restaurant is just in the ground floor. Hotel staff are good and friendly. The hospitality and cleaning staff are also perfect. I enjoyed a happy stay with my family. We were a big family group back from kollur. Really excellent rooms with all amenities, more like 4, 5 star Hotel Sai Palace. Very well behaved and helpful staff. Celebrated the 70th birthday of my mom with a surprise party. Thank you team sai palace at the flavors restaurant who helped us with organizing the event and also helping us with the menu and great service. Very fond and memorable event. Great food, highly praised by my entire family

The Hotel Sai Palace is located at a very convenient location, the service was good and the breakfast spread was nice and tasty. Location and breakfast was the highlight. Not much of option to have a breakout space given almost all Hotel Sai Palaces in location do not have concept of balconies. We had a good overall experience. Especially recommended if you are a vegetarian, no vegetarians too have good options in Hotel Sai Palace.

Hotel sai palace is in the centre of mangalore city. It is good for a one day stay while passing through mangalore. It is a very old Hotel Sai Palace, hence all amenities might not be perfect eg: in my room the lid of the toilet seat was broken. I wouldn’t recommend the Hotel Sai Palace for a long stay. Advantages of the Hotel Sai Palace are that everything is accessible, restaurant has good food, breakfast spread is also good.

Very good location at city center, rooms are spacious. Room amenities are good. Mini fridge was not there ans safe did not work. Hotel has one veg and non veg in house restaurent. Complementary breakfast available for guests. Wifi i found some issue, they give short time slotted window which is not enough and in the middle of very important taks connection is terminayed. Overall recommended to stay here.

Reception at the front office was not that much good for the refund office code in their approach room service clean and bathroom is also very clean restaurant is good ambience for this quality is very good this cost affect your also but the morning breakfast just provided same to be a vegetarian except for the provided quality of the food day somewhat good and service also very good.

I would rate only as good and not great because the lights in the room are not bright. The ambient lighting gives a very dark and dingy feeling.

The rooms at the Hotel Sai Palace are fantastic and comfortable. Well maintained and great staff look after you well. The food is also excellent. The internet bandwidth in the rooms can be better in order to enable people on business to work seamlessly.
