Hotel was located just opposite to Dwarkamai (a few minute walk) & it was the best part of this HOTEL SAI SURAJ PALACE. We booked the Non-AC rooms (2 Rooms). The HOTEL SAI SURAJ PALACE was neat & clean & HOTEL SAI SURAJ PALACE staff was also helpful. We Stayed there on 31-Dec & it was the peak time at Shirdi, we reached HOTEL SAI SURAJ PALACE before half an hour to check-in time, but overall we got the rooms on time that is 12:00. The HOTEL SAI SURAJ PALACE staff was very helpful. I also would like to share that my room's TV was not working & the bathroom's lock was also not working properly but overall given the location is the part of this HOTEL SAI SURAJ PALACE, so I guess this would be the best choice from all available HOTEL SAI SURAJ PALACEs in this area.

Hotel sai suraj is located to near by sai baba temple due to which its very convenient to go temple for darshan. Also the surrounding of temple is in market, so you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner at walking distance. Overall it was a good stay in HOTEL SAI SURAJ PALACE. Would also like to visit in future. Staff of the HOTEL SAI SURAJ PALACE was also nice. I liked the cleanliness at washrooms and HOTEL SAI SURAJ PALACE reception.

Very good From Ambience and hygienic point of view .. The HOTEL SAI SURAJ PALACE is very good. Its near to samadhi mandhir. Received immediate response from staff whenever we need help for room service even in night time. We would like to stay in this HOTEL SAI SURAJ PALACE again when we come to Shirdi. Hotel Is good and very near to the temple just walk able 5 min From Temple. Just Rate is High On MMT as when I Book this HOTEL SAI SURAJ PALACEs its cost 1700/- but on the spot they are also Renting room at below 1000/- and Swapping Machine Not Working or any other Digital payment mode Is Not available at HOTEL SAI SURAJ PALACE.

This is nested among a number of shops and restaurants but this is in a very vantage location like 2 mins walk to Chavadi and another 2 mins to the temple. Everything great for the price points except that the day I was there had issues with hot water which they made efforts to fix. Just that apart nice stay.

Only issue was hot water ... Clean HOTEL SAI SURAJ PALACE and value for money ... We got a good deal from make my trip ... Three bed for Rs 1477 instead of Rs 2090/- so overall no complains ... Room service was OK ... But they cudnt get the hot water issue solved even after 3 reminders ...

Best part is this HOTEL SAI SURAJ PALACE is very close to the temple. Good cab service for sight seeing. Poor room service. Hot water not available which is one of the most important thing as devotees need to take early bath to visit temple. No restaurant in the HOTEL SAI SURAJ PALACE.

Hotel was good. Was neat & clean. Just adjacent to the temple and is value for money. Reception staff was found co-operative. I will prefer to stay there again when visit Shirdi. Main advantage is location and close vicinity to the main market. I will suggest to stay there.

I was travelling with my family so I booked 4 bed AC room but AC was not working so they gave us 3 bed AC room. Service was excellent and rooms were also good. In all, experience was good and will stay again.
