Hotel Saineel

I stayed in Hotel Saineel Saineel for the days and from beginning till the time i checked out, it was a wonderful experience. Decent sized room (Super Deluxe premium), clean linen, everything working as promised & clean bathroom. However, the best part about my stay was the people. The entire staff was polite & helpful. There are a couple of suggestions I have though: 1) The food & liquor charges are exorbitant. It makes no sense to charge over double the price (liquor) even when it's being sent to the room. These prices can be reduced. 2) The complimentary toiletries can be of better quality. The hand soap is probably the cheapest available. Add some very basic things like, a small sanitizer, shampoo & soap (better quality). It goes a long way in creating a good impression & works as an advertisement (brandinf/recall value) also, cause if it's good (good packing & quality), then the guests will carry it with them when they check-out. Wonderful experience overall. Definitely my go-to place for reasonable stay in Mumbai from now on! Thank you😊

Booked deluxe room for 1 night stay. Room was clean with ac working properly, no complaints of dampness or any other stingy smell etc. Bedding was clean and comfortable. But noticed later that blanket cover was all red stained which was meticulously hidden in folds. Seeing that was mood spoiler. Bathroom was clean but only one towel was provided between couple. Also bathing soap and shampoo were also single. Even complimentary water bottle was also single. Staff was cordial and respectful. Ordered breakfast in morning which was good in taste and also reasonably priced. Hotel is on main rood therefore easily accessible and enjoys good connectivity. Hotel has private entrance with guard at gate which makes place safe and secure. Overall stay was good. Only things they could improve on are at least give 2 water bottles and 2 towels between couple as provided at all other good Hotel Saineels. And please discard badly stained linen.

The Hotel Saineel is located at a prime location in andheri west by the roadside. It is a small Hotel Saineel, ambience was nice. Room was small but very clean, especially the bathroom. They have a restaurant too which serves good food at a reasonable price. But most importantly, the management and staff of the Hotel Saineel are superb. Such warm hospitality and they try to cater to your requests. Overall, a nice experience.

Hotel's location is very best. Situated at the main road so safe for ladies. Reception man was very good. Entrance is good. Minus point was no breakfast facilities. Rooms were small but at this price it's ok. Ya, there was rickshaw stand so it was convenient to go anywhere. But the address makemytrip given to me should be changed somewhat. Google address is perfect

Hotel is good and all staff members are good, professional and well mannered. Bed size was small, but they provide us extra bed free of cost. They provide all indian food and local food, food quality are best. But through mm t it is costly, so suggest to book direct. Mm t charged approx. 3500- extra for 3 nights than direct booking with Hotel Saineel.

Room was clean. bed was also soft and clean. toilet was clean too. got 1 litre mineral water bottle per day complimentary. food is ok not great. they have their own restaurent and bar on ground floor. lift is not available ( it can be a problem for some people ). staff is good and co-operative. Our stay was happy 😊.go for it 👍🏻

Hotel room was good, but rooms are little bit small as compared to photos. Also there was no sofa in my room which was shown in the picture. Price are little higher as compared to hospitality and overall Hotel Saineel experience. Location was good. It was on the main road. 1 km from andheri station staff was good.

The entire Hotel Saineel is neat and clean. Rooms are equipped with all the amenities as mentioned. Rooms are airy, neat and clean. Room service is prompt. They've got awesome bread toast and tea. Overall a very pleasant stay. All the people in Hotel Saineel are humble and co-operative. Thanks !

Nice near n clear rooms, yes rooms are little small but juhu or you can say andheri west this price this location is good

Hotel rooms are on 1st and 2nd floor. No lifts. So have to carry your luggage and climb stairs. Polite staff. Clean rooms. Rest o bar food quality is not that good for the price charged. You can order from zomato, swiggy

I booked it for a friend and his wife. They were really very very happy with the comfort and the service of the Hotel Saineel.

It is in juhu almost and has all convenient location nearby. Stayed with mom, pretty safe. Staff is friendly.

Hotel rooms are nice and clean. Staff was supportive. Nice property for couples and family if you want to stay in andheri west.

It was a very good stay at the place. Nice and clean rooms. Enough space and staff are very polite. They even upgraded our rooms.

The location of the Hotel Saineel is very good and approachable but the in-house kitchen/restaurant is not in the Hotel Saineel.
