I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Saj Luciya san luciya tvm and i must say, it was an exceptional experience! the hospitality was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff making sure every need was met. The vibe of the Hotel Saj Luciya was warm and welcoming, making it feel like a home away from home. The amenities were also impressive, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. From the moment i arrived, i felt taken care of and relaxed. The Hotel Saj Luciya's attention to detail and commitment to excellence truly shone through. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, and the level of service provided was excellent. I really appreciated the hospitality throughout my short stay. However, there was a significant issue with the bathroom. While the commode and bath area were separated, water was overflowing from the bath area to the commode and wash area, which was quite unpleasant and made using the bathroom uncomfortable. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly. Other than this, everything else was fantastic, and i would consider staying again if this concern is resolved.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Hotel Saj Luciya. Everything about the Hotel Saj Luciya was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The room, albeit not too big, was very neat. The bathroom was great with excellent fittings. The property is situated about 100 metres only from the Padmanabha Swamy temple which is an added attraction. The complimentary breakfast was very tasty and the complimentary high tea (1600 - 1700 hrs) near the swimming pool area was an added bonus. The staff is very well behaved and help you out with any query.

The stay was excellent and hospitality was very good. The front office and f&b and house keeping were very cordial and everyday the room was cleaned. The restaurant team was also very good. Only thing that requires attention is the need for restaurant to start serving all kinds of dishes incl kerala meals and ala carte for lunch and dinner in additon to buffet. Overall it was a pleasant experience

The overall experience was excellent. The property is a decent place with good room, good breakfast and the best location possible in trivandrum. Being from there itself, can vouch for that. Good for short stay especially when you are on holiday and would be outdoors most of the time. Good place to return, relax and rejuvenate for next day. Overall happy and satisfied.

Location is very good 5 mins walk to shri padamnabhswamy temple. Food is average, had sambhar with a punjabi twist. Need efficient house keeping. Chef vikas and manager thomas are very good and experienced. Bar services need to be more hospitable. Ordered king fish served with onion salad. Salad being tasty, i requested for more remained unfulfilled.

Hotel location is very good. Just 5 mins walk to Padmanabaswamy temple and 10 mins travel to Bus stand and Trivandrum central railway station. The Hotel Saj Luciya room was clean and good with good amenities. Breakfast was good with limited varieties. The breakfast area could have been slightly bigger with more tables to sit.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at saj lucia during my pilgrimage trip to thiruvananthapuram padmanabha swamy temple and i would say it was a truly memorable experience. I was impressed by the Hotel Saj Luciya's overall ambience, service and amenities.

The Hotel Saj Luciya is clean and well maintained. The staff were welcoming. Food is not great for its cost. Windows are sealed and can't be opened. Walkable distance to ananta padmanabha swamy temple. This is a plus point. We had a nice and memorable stay.
