Hotel Saket Plaza

The property is a little aside from the main market but at a walkable distance. If you want to stay at a serene place surrounded by greenery, you have made the right choice. Pleas note, walking is only advisable during day time from the main market. The nights are pretty lonely on the streets with minimal street light. Now, coming to the Hotel Saket Plaza itself, the place is well maintained, especially the nights come alive with all the nice lightings in the front garden area which is quite impressive. They have artificial water falls, tree house where you can spend time in the evening. They also have a disco room if you are a party person. The morning breakfast was pretty good. The cost of one room, if acquired just below 4k should be a worthwhile one. The only glitch i found was on the food portion that was served in the room. Overall a nice place to spend the weekend. There is car parking available too, both inside and outside in front on the main gate

Hotel is somewhat walkable distance from main market ( but not after dark). It is perfect for relaxation and a peaceful holiday. It is maintained well and decorated with beautiful flowers. It also has a nice play area for kids. We booked a club room which was quite good, except that bathroom was small and was stinking a bit. The stinking part was addressed by house cleaning staff. Staff is particularly helpful. Pool is not large, but okay. But even in april noon time, water was cold enough to deter any enthusiasm. Breakfast was complimentary for us and awesome. It included fresh dosas, misal paav, saabu vada, poha, freshly cut watermelon, mixed fruit juice, bread jam, butter cornflakes etc. Tea was particularly great. We also had one ala carte dinner here which was equally good. Extra person was charged @ - per night. Overall, a very peaceful and relaxed stay.

overall location is good 15 mins walk from market good view staff is good The breakfast was good too rooms are clean and good they gave welcome snacks and water complimentary also all excellent only feedback I have for the Hotel Saket Plaza is put grills on windows as lot of monkey's are there they entered our rooms and took all welcome snacks we were given we were very scared of it. they were constantly trying to enter the windows so if grill is there person can open window and stand I had to leave property because I was scared but they gave me refund for one day from two days booking which is fine as well thank you but I still lost one day money as it was not my fault. anyway if u r ok with monkey u won't have any issues. thank you to the Hotel Saket Plaza for refund

Will start with food: free breakfast (south Indian, fruits, Maharashtrian) delicious and healthy dinner buffet worth 400 per person, variety of foods easy on the stomach lovely garden: the great atmosphere at night, lighting, tree house, swings, pool rooms are average: i booked 144 sq feet(smallest) garden view, 3 people, has a central hot water system which takes time to heat, would be convenient if each room had a geyser place: it is near the market but out of the crowded area, east facing rooms, they provided with a taxi guide, explored most of mahabaleswar in 2 days, taxi guy was local sweet guy, we did 5 tours except wai and tapola costed 4400( with additional venna lake.

We booked 2 club rooms. One was slightly smaller than other. There were minor issue in smaller room like phone not working and one light was dimmer but rooms were clean and their service was very fast. They have inhouse restaurant. Food was very tasty. The lunch meals, night buffet all were worth the money. Pool was closed as it was heavy rain. They also have good garden and pkay area for kids. Parking space inside in smaller but enough space outside the gate and security was very helpful while sorting out the parking. And yeah very near to marker area also.

Service staff is hospitable and very prompt. I had booked a club room for me, my wife and a 1 year daughter. The sofa cum bed made all the money worth going for it. The room had lot of space too. Within 5mins, the service staff was ready at your door. The outdoor facilities, ambience makes u visit it again and again. Baby food (khichadi) is also available. Food is costly though quality is good. A 2 min car distance from market place. All in all, an excellent stay. Disclaimer: this is not a paid review but from out of my real experience over new year days.

The stay of mine in Mahabaleshwar at Hotel Saket Plaza was profound, location was great, food meals was bit costly but worth it. The service provided by Hotel Saket Plaza was fine only the check out time is bit early (9AM), I mean the breakfast starts at 8:30 am at least give some that the person staying over there to have some time after breakfast to check out. Internet facility was not good, you may face connection issues all the time. Water bottles were overcharged. Also, some recreational activities was missing.

Good property and city location with full service options and play area for kids which has swings, trampoline and merry go round. Additional kids bedding (sofa bed) was ideal. Room was spacious and had good room service. Room cleanliness, staff hygiene and housekeeping was great. Parking was available inside and outside the Hotel Saket Plaza. Breakfast spread was excellent and kid friendly with pure-veg options. Lunch and dinner taste and quality was good. Ideal for 3 day long weekend stay!

Best 3 star Hotel Saket Plaza in mahabaleshwar near to market. Property is well maintained. Food quality is good. Breakfast included. Only veg food.

Very cosy property. Food is excellent. Close to market. Only drawback there is no lift & washroom. In club room very small.

Location is very nearby to the market. Also my kids are enjoyed in the jacuzzi.
