We booked the room for 3adults from 27 to 29th april 2025. Today they are asking for additional 2500. 00 and. Please corrected as 500rs

They paid guest charges for only one day. But on the next day also three persons stayed. So we collected 500/ extra. Actually If they go through the booking, its a standard non ac room. But we upgraded and gave a deluxe ac room.

We booked 7 rooms for 2days. During this period our guests are fully satisfied with the services of the reception and other staff. Keep it up. Within the campus hotel saravana bhavan is additional benefits to the guests.

the treatment given to the guests are hostile, they gave our room to someone else and we had to stay in a very shabby dirty rooms with no facility, even without hot water

short stay is ok.

clean bathroom and hot water is good. spacious room. room was not ready when I arrive, I waited one hour to receive , bedsheet and towel. Tv also not working, later on requested reception setup box renewed. if they give, mineral water bottle instead of jug water.. it will be a improvement for the hotel..
