I had a terrible experience at this hotel. It is not at all family-friendly, and I would definitely not recommend it. The maintenance was poor — the bathroom didn’t even have basic necessities like handwash or soap. Overall, it felt very neglected and unwelcoming.

I booked for my family of 3 members but they provided only a room with double occupancy. When I enquired,there was no proper response from the staff. Even after I requested the basic amenity like a towel, they didn't provide it. Finally left an unsatisfied stay.

Finding location was easy, car parking is available. Room is average, service is below average or almost negligible. Reception person doesn’t speak english and replies only in tamil even when they know you do not understand the language. You have to ask twice/thrice even to get a water bottle, towel, etc.

The hotel is in the heart of the city. The staffs are courteous and understand our needs and they suggest suitable solutions and offer their help to make our stay comfortable and easy. A family oriented budget hotel. Rooms are neat and tidy. If you feel it is not attached with a restaurent, you need not worry as good restuarents are situated very nearby. Regards
