It’s a good place and I’ve stayed here before. However, some aspects need tremendous improvement. Simple things like having a room stocked with all the essentials instead of making me call for each and every thing. You won’t find a dustbin in the room. And you will struggle to mix your coffee and tea because tea spoons aren’t provided. Room service takes forever if you order cutlery and are prompt when you order food. I’ve never ventured to use the swimming pool because I don’t know the state of the water and it seems too small for any decent sized person to swim in. The ac started leaking in my room and I had to complain multiple times. The man comes up and stands on my bed spread to try and fix it, soiling my bed with his feet - I guess he hasn’t heard of ladders. The ac drops all night long and finally I had to make a scene the next day to get them to change my room. The washbasin leaks and there isn’t even a place to hang your clothes. They won’t even offer a choice of channels and WiFi doesn’t allow you to access any online services on the TV either. So you’re stuck watching Hindi content even if you want to watch English movies. They will not accommodate your request unless you point out that these are basic amenities. Honestly I’ve stayed in smaller hotels that offer these services. The staff are good but these things can really upset a person on a trip where they want peace in the room when they come back. The rooms are decently sized and the location is a big plus. But there has to be attention to what you’re offering guests if you want their loyalty.
