behaviour of the staff are good. the actual location is near sea beach but hotel address is different . overall good 👍

It was a good experience overall..staff were good and we'll mannered. Food was delicious and gave a homely feeling

WE 3 ADULTS AND ONE CHILD BOOKED ROOM PREPAID FROM MAKE MY TRIP.WE WERE GIVEN ONE DOUBLE BED ROOM WHICH WAS IMPOSSIBLE FOR US EVEN FOR SITTING I TELEPHONE MAKE MY TRIP AND THEY TOLD ME SHALL CONTACT ME WIYHIN 10 MINUTES.I AGREED TO PAY ADDTIONAL AMOUNT FOR EXTRA ROOM BUT THE STAFFS BEHAVIOUR SO BAD DECIDED TO LEAVE THE PLACE FOR SEQURITY REASON ALSO NO ONE FROM MAKE MY TRIP NEVER GAVE A CALL TO ME.I LEFT THE HOTEL AND TOOK OTHER HOTEL FOR SAFETY.TOTAL AMBIENCE ROAD AND ATMOSPHERE OF THE HOTEL IS AWESOME NEVER BOOK THE HOTEL AND USE MAKE MY TRIP MY ADVICE TO TRAVELLOR.

overall cleaning in common area like corridor are very bad. best food and other garbage are laying in corridor. TV connection are not working in midnight of 8th and 09th Jun till departure from hotel. overall experience are not good.

The location of the hotel is good and so is the food quality. The AC and TV was working. However there were lots of mosquitoes in my room and hotel staff couldn't do anything about it. Apart from one medimix soap they didn't provide anything. Hotel staffs were polite but not very helpful. Over all the experience was just average.

Room was very small and also not properly cleaned. But it's near to see beach and food quality is good.Main problem after see bath there is no space for drying visitors cloth.

Rooms are not clean and looks very old. we need to call the reception for cleaning. No proper hygene of food very oilly. Definetly regreted.

The hotel's located on the second row from the beach, the latter being less crowded than the one in front of swargadwar, so that's a plus. Service is very nice, available all throughout the day, and the food is excellent. Recommended 8/10 for a very homely experience in puri

Pros: 1. Hotel staff behavior 2. Although hotel.is in 2nd lane but sea is near by Cons: 1.TV was not working..no set top box 2. Room size is less than the pics shows 3. Intercom not working. Food : Cooking is OK.Rice quality needs to be improved a lot.

Everything was perfect – the food, hospitality, and value for money were all exceptional. The only area that could use some improvement is cleanliness. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Thank you so much!

Blankets was dirty not able to use it. Washroom was not clean. Geyser only on for fews hours in the morning. Lift remains off during daytime to save electricity. Overall hotel is not meant for the service of their guest but only to make profit.

Hotel location is good and near ( About 600m ) from puri beach. only cons with its location in narrow street with no facility of parking. food quality is good at reasonable rate. housekeeping is good but not as expected.
