Hotel is 15 minutes walking from Sanchi, and getting autos from it can be difficult. The manager is affable and courteous, but the staff needs some more training in hospitality.

Had a very bad experience. Poor show by the hotel

Was travelling on business purpose. Location was on the highway so chose to stay here. Room was very dirty. When I asked the staff they replied in a very sloppy manner saying sweeper was on leave. Bathroom was very dirty. When I complained I got a reply that I have been given a room worth 3500 for 1700 owing to MMT discount. Will never transit at this place.

Amenities are not present need to ask for all. Liked the behavior of the staff especially the owner Mr. Singh. Amenities are not good. Food is OK need to upgrade food quality and ambiance. Things need to upgrade the furniture of the hotel especially room number 103.

Definitely the worst hotel of my trip. Originally designed quite well it is completely run down, dirty and generally in bad repair. For what it offers it is highly overpriced. There were no bed covers and when, upon our request, they brought them we had to make the bed ourselves. Staff is not friendly and when we came for breakfast at 7.30 everybody was still sleeping and, therefor, we left at 8.10 without breakfast.

One night stay at Hotel Sambodhi, Sanchi

Extensive resort hotel. Sprawling grounds with park and play zone. Big rooms. Cleanliness could have been better. Front desk was empty most of times. Homely atmosphere. Personnel were helpful. Food was satisfactory and prices moderate. Location of hotel is about a couple of km to the entrance to Sanchi Stupa. Have to get tickets at the entrance at the base of the hill and drive uphill to the top. Archaeological enthusiasts will savor the site amid-st the serenity. Enjoyed our nights stay in homely surroundings.
