Hotel Samrat

Good location. Spacious rooms, neat and well maintained. Excellent staff behaviour. Very good breakfast. Courteous staff in restaurant and very helpful. The only negative aspect i noticed is two sharp pointers protruding out on top of the bath tub ( seems it is part of the stopper holder. It is quite dangerous and can cause injury if someone slips in bath tub. Matter was reported at check out and hope it will be attended soon.

Overall the experience was good the Hotel Samrat is located at a good location coz i had come for us visa application the place was convenient for me but the propert needs a serious revamp the smell of the rooms annoyed me a lot for the price the charge and being a four star Hotel Samrat rebuilding of the property is required. the food was good and the staff was courteous…

It was good. Room was clean and house keeping was prompt with daily cleans and basic amenities. Food at hunt room was very continental, some were bland in taste but had enough options for buffet. Dessert counter needs to have more options or better options, egg of choice counter was great. Poolside was indoor n mostly closed, wished it was outside n more easily accessible.

The property location is excellent, close to embassies and central government offices. The view from our room, even though we were only on the first floor was lush green and lovely. The food was very tasty. Staff was also courteous and hospitable. The only issue we faced was regarding hot water in the bathroom. The rest was all good.

The Hotel Samrat staff were cordial and very helpful. Hotel is placed at central location with accessibility to all places. The stay was pleasant amid-st pleasant atmosphere. The ambience is worth mentioning. The room was neat and was equipped with all requisites. Worth mentioning is mouth watering breakfast

The Hotel Samrat is very good, neat and scenic. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast only, we liked the breakfast very much and there were many options. The room service was excellent, whenever we called we got the things within 5-10 mins. I definitely refer and prefer this Hotel Samrat.

Room service takes more time. Cleanliness is good. People are well behaved. Breakfast is good it is an itdc managed Hotel Samrat, so it may not be possible to operate like a private managed Hotel Samrat.

Hotel was large and elegant very near all the embassy’s needed for any foreign person. Shower could have been warmer ; however everything i needed was available to me.
