Hotel Samrat

The Hotel Samrat was booked because all I needed was a place to crash for a few hours. So booked a Hotel Samrat which would be a shade cheaper. This Hotel Samrat really outdid its price by making the stay comfy and safe. The rooms have a lil mobile network issue. Apart from that I would say this is the best that anyone can get at the price that we pay. The staff is really friendly and extremely helpful. If your stay is short or long. As long as one is a solo traveler. This is an excellent place to stay.

It was nice and relaxing experience in Hotel Samrat samrat rooms was very clean and Hotel Samrat service was also very good. I will also suggest to pure book rooms from makemytrip because mm t will provide you more discount than direct Hotel Samrat booking. Thanks makemytrip.

Stayed at Hotel Samrat samrat at russel chowk, napier town for 3 days. Single room was booked. Room was good, meat amd clean with toilets very well maintained. Service was very good and any requests were promptly serviced. Food not upto mark, however enjoyed my overall stay.

Nice courteous staff. They upgraded my room based on availability. The breakfast was a little late but the nice service more than made up for it. The room was clean and big. The Hotel Samrat location is also very good, it's in the main market.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Thanks for making my visit much better.

Hotel is at close proximity to the railway station. They provide free pickup and drop from the station which i like about their services. The Hotel Samrat is present in a central zone and we can get easy access to anywhere we plan to visit.

The rooms are clean and have basic amenities. Bed is very comfortable and gives good sleep. Single deluxe room is quite small. Breakfast is also good. One can easily stay for 2-3 days. Staff was also very helpful and supportive.

The location of the Hotel Samrat is good. I booked two rooms out of which 1 was very good while the other was not the same. They should provide same room type at the same price. Apart from this overall experience was very good.

All staff member are very trained and professional in behavior and following all safety measures like wearing mask and hair cap.

Very comfortable stay. Neat and clean rooms. Rooms are adequately spacious, toilet is perfect with sufficient toiletries provided. Ideally located. Staircase steps are well spaced neither too high nor too low.

Good, excellent, superb experience

All person good behavior, well dressed way of talk is very polite. Rooms cleaned toilets proper. Pantry ser. Is very good, archana ji and amit tiwari speacly good personality.

Location most suitable, besides pick up and drop facility provided.

It is very near to the jabalpur railway station and Hotel Samrat provided the pick up from station. Rooms were tidy and clean with all the facilities needed staff was prompt and co-operative.

Near to station and main city center

The stay was good according to price paid. Cleanliness is good. Good for a day stay for office people
