As expected Room was so small and washroom also not good

they have charged extra without any reason after check out n called several times to pay. room is average, no sunlight

The stay was really pleasant. The hotel was well located in a bustling market area with required amenities nearby. The rooms were clean enough and staff were professional and responsive. One strange thing was they didn’t do room service on their own though.

The location was convenient, and the food was delicious with a good variety. Overall, a great experience — I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to coming back again.

The room was average. I stayed for three nights, and housekeeping did not clean the room unless I specifically requested it. No one even checked in to ask if cleaning was needed. I also had to ask for complimentary water bottles each day, even though they were supposed to be provided daily without request. The breakfast was decent, but the utensils—especially the small bowls—were not properly cleaned. Upon check-in, the bathroom still had empty packets of soap and a shaving kit, indicating it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly beforehand. Additionally, I was promised an extra bed, but all they provided was a mattress with a very dirty pillow that didn’t have a cover. I had to ask for it to be replaced.

The facilities was beyond expectation. Nice and hygiene room. Gppd air condition and other amenities. Specially the breakfast was awesome. Really loved it

Despite having a confirmed booking, we were harassed at the reception during check-in. We provided our valid Aadhaar cards as identification, but the receptionist objected because our last names differ. He then demanded a marriage certificate as proof of our relationship — a requirement that is not mandated by law, nor is it a standard hospitality practice in India. When we questioned this demand, the receptionist gave us two unfair choices: Provide a marriage certificate Cancel our pre-booked reservation This behavior was not only discriminatory but also a serious invasion of our privacy. After a prolonged and frustrating exchange, and only because we stood our ground, the receptionist eventually allowed us to check in. However, by then, we were mentally and physically exhausted from our journey, and this ordeal added unnecessary stress to our stay. We expect better treatment and respect from a reputed hospitality service. The right to stay together as consenting adults with valid ID proof should not be questioned, and certainly not used as a tool to harass or judge guests.
