Hotel Samrat

Owing good location in central area with many sightseeing places nearby, Hotel Samrat is good for tourists. Reception & services are good & responsive. Facilities good. However, room needs to be re coloured as it bears a shabby look after renovation. The doormat was very wet & not replaced so we have to use the room with wet foots. Overall the Hotel Samrat is good for tourists & I will thank MMT for this recommendation.

Pros:- 1. Rooms are clean 2. Service is OK, although the intercom was not working in our room so I had to reach reception in person. 3. Very reasonably priced. 4. Clean rooms. Cons:- 1. The room that we stayed in had a very short ceiling. Although it shouldn't matter. 2. No network reception in rooms. We had, Airtel, bsnl, Idea and Jio. None got network reception. I had to frequently go to lobby to use my Mobile phone.

Hotel Samrat is close to New Market. A few step distance to it. You need 5 minute by walking. I booked tripple AC for one night, Room was good, Big and Clean, Staff were helpful. Online it shows 12. 00 check in, But we request them to check in at 9. 00 after requesting before 2 days they allow us for early check in. Over all My experience is good, I recommend to all.

The Hotel Samrat samrat opposite regal cinema Kolkata was very easily findable in Esplanade area. The best part was the location as Centre of city availability of market and good food options near by I was there for 2 days business trip easily accessible by bus taxi and metro and very clean rooms nice air conditioning was the best part

Hotel samrat is located at Dharamtala/Esplande area. We have booked 4 bed AC room which is on ground floor good deal. The Hotel Samrat offers 24 Hours check in check out for direct customers not for MMT customers a major disadvantage. Restaurants bus metro are nearby. Overall a good deal with no discount.

All facilities like big room air conditions, drinking water always available. Very clean room, good service and also big washroom. It is near esplanade metro all type of shops available near to this Hotel Samrat . I think it is a good Hotel Samrat for family as well as couple also.

It was a nice Hotel Samrat . I stayed there with my family. It is at a very convenient place, so no problem of transport for going anywhere. Nearby Mall, Metro Train and Local Market. Food is also of good quality. Overall it is a good stay for family. Unmarried couples not allowed.

Everything was helpful except check-in time problem.
I had faced some problem during check-in time and after this it's was OK.

Hotel location is situated in proper market place, but some of the basic amenities are missing.

Location is excellent. Very near to metro as well as bus stop. Hotel located in market area. Staff behaviour very good. But on room a little bit felt dampness. Room was nice to stay. As a whole my stay for rwo nights was pleasant.

Good. Location superb. The service and the behaviour of the staff is good. Hardly 5 mins walk from the nearest metro station. Well connected to any part of the city. Very near to market. All facilities in the Hotel Samrat decent.

Good hospitality and near to esplanade metro station good food near smart Hotel Samrat

Overall stay was good. Although not excellent. Location was good. Rooms were bit compact but it's OK if you take an AC room. Good for short trips. Food was nice. Behaviour of the staff were also good.

Room is excellent, services in the room is excellent. Fitted royal AC in room with 4 bed, room services are excellent. Hotel reception behavior is very good. Prime location in such a low price. Excellent stay. Love it.

I would recommend people to stay at this Hotel Samrat for personal or business purposes without any doubt.

Rooms service is very good and room size too small.
