HOTEL SAMRAT

It is nearby to bus stop, rooms were small. We checked in around 9am for the previous day booking but the HOTEL SAMRAT did not allowed us to extend beyond 12pm as per the rule after much request he agreed to extend just hours. I understand rule is rule but we had 2 rooms booking and he did not agree for extension of 4hours for a single room. Hence we checked out in 3 hrs. Restaurant is south indian taste is good.

Room is located at one of the developed areas. You can find CCD, Dominos within 500 metres. The staff are very courteous and well behaved. Room is small and good for a short stay and you get hot water in the morning even though there is no geyser in the room. Its a great value for money considering the peak season for marriages. Overall I am satisfied with my stay.

Rooms & bathrooms are clean, it is old but well maintained. Bedsheets, towel are also clean. Over all ac rooms are good but non ac rooms are not so good, there is suffocation inside! because of packed room, no additional ventilation, exhaust fan, or window. Rooms are also costly / demanding. In my opinion ac rooms are goods and do not stay in non ac room.

Overall the stay is good. The two main problems I felt were, one the toilet was not very good, but ok. Secondly, parking for tall vehicles like, Innova, scorpio is a problem. We have to kept such vehicles on road side, in front of HOTEL SAMRAT. So after one or two hour, it will be covered with dust. Except this two issues all other facilities are ok.

I had travelled with my family to Madurai and stayed at Hotel Samrat. The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were cooperative. Room service fine. Overall value for money. Ample parking space and space for driver was provided. Ample restaurants around and good food is available. The tea shop below the Hotel is nice for the small snack.

Excellent HOTEL SAMRAT with very good and co-operative staff. Location was also very good. The staff were kind and co-operative and ready to listen to our problems. Room was neat and tidy and the service was very good. However, Hot water facility was lacking. Hotel was neat and clean and the it was worth value for money.

Room facility and cleanliness was very nice and service also Good. Hotel location very nearest to mattuthavani bus stand. Hotel place long from the railway station but near in mattuthavani and periyar bus stand bus stand. Hotel food service and immediate response very nice. I stay very peaceful in the HOTEL SAMRAT.

Very good location. It is right near the highway and we stayed here overnight on our way to Kanyakumari. Rooms were quite good and much bigger. Service was prompt and the restaurant was decent with limited options. Polite and courteous HOTEL SAMRAT staff. Only flipside - Tea/Coffee was available only after 7 AM.

Best budget HOTEL SAMRAT to stay close to Apollo hospital. Bus station is approximately 5 kms from the HOTEL SAMRAT. Good quality south Indian food provided by the restaurant attached to it. Clean rooms with good room service. They provide 24 hrs check-in facility.

Good HOTEL SAMRAT, cleanliness maintained in room but bathroom should be cleaned well tap, hand shower broken in the bathroom, location and bus facility is good .. Staff are wel l behaved ... Need to focus on bathroom clean and repairing the hand shower and tap

Rooms are clean. Location is best. Service is excellent. Very near to apollo hospital. Ideal for people who come for health tourism. Hotel at affordable cost. Excellent facilities with cost effective.

Hotel Samrat Room near Appollo hospital, I am satisfied. Can stay with family safely and happily, services and cleaning is very good facilities and good maintenance. Staff are respectively doing their services

Location is good, close to the market. Price wise economical in comparison to other HOTEL SAMRAT. Also, room is clean and good service. Prompt response from the HOTEL SAMRAT staff. Restaurant is downstairs only, so never found any issue with the good. Tea, coffee, milk all available.

The room are neat & clean .. Near busstand & hopitels .. Couples & family's in best choice in HOTEL SAMRAT samrat .. Friendly manager, reseptionist, room service staff .. Attached 2 restarent .. Food is good .. Over all is good .. Value 4 money ..
