comfortable stay. commute is very easy from this property. staff behavior also very supportive for unknown Travellers.

The property was under renovation during my stay, which severely affected the overall experience. The bedroom had visible mould on the walls, and the bathrooms were in extremely poor condition. I ordered paneer tikka from the restaurant, but the paneer appeared and tasted adulterated. Overall, the hygiene and food quality were unacceptable. I would strongly advise the management to address these issues immediately, as I cannot recommend this hotel in its current state.

stayed for 1 day. not a good experience. Only good thing just 1 min walking distance from Khar West railway station.only bed was clean nothing else. washroom window broken , lift not working, dirty staircase. The room was a big but dirty cupboard, chair and table. No ventilation. Outside food is not allowed and inside foods prices are touching the sky.

Near railway station near market very contactable stay staff all are very nice room service also good

The bedsheets and towels were not clean. The room was smelly even near the lift you can smell it.

Ac was not working and also worst part there was a water linkage from ac so half the bed was wet. Called up reception for a help so they informed us they can’t do anything we need to adjust. Waste of money and not had a proper sleep also full night

Dirty rooms

The place is clean. Good service. The taps need service. Overall a good locality. More like a party place. But convenient to lot places to go and near ro airport, so not a bad place to satya for couple of nights

Very nice stay. Just that there is no bathroom kit. Other than that, perfect place to crash. Would reccomend for music festival trips, also the place has great connectivity

Stayed for a few days in the suite rooms, and the overall experience was nice, with room for definite improvements. This place has an excellent location and great for those who are travel-ling through the day. The food and beverage as well as room service was really good. The cold coffee is very nice. 1) hot water was infrequent, sometimes it would not come and sometimes it would. 2) the rooms could definitely do with some repairs and maintenance, especially door knobs. 3) would have appreciated if the tv worked, which did not.

Worst amenities in bathroom, no proper water supply, no water in jet, basin & shower. Stained bedsheets, poor breakfast. Very good location, ideal for unmarried couples only. Not recommend for business travellers.

I liked the room, blanket was little dirty, rest everything ok nice, food is too testy and awesome and service is also good. Helpful staff.

We stayed booked a suite room. The room was smelly, ac was not working properly. Water in washroom was stinking.

In this price it’s very costly, breakfast is very bad, room is very small and draining water in room, bathroom very small

Poor room condition, no facilities in the room, bad tape water, the tape water flow was very less, could do better with facilities available in the room

The check in was smooth, but then once we entered inside and waited for the elevator, turns out that the small elevator area was also a back exit area of a restaurant and it was stinking off the urine. Right since then the nightmare started. We were assigned a room which wasn’t cleaned after previous checkout. Dustbin was full of trash and ac are remote was missing. Dust everywhere on floor. Called the maintenance guy and after some time he offered us another room. The another room was no better. Dirty sheets, dirty floor, poorly maintained bathroom and extra headache of the ac noise. Called reception 3 times and every-time they sent a guy who was so disinterested, and had only one thing to say that it’s difficult to fix these things now, even changing sheets is difficult because it’s late and can be done next morning. We legit had to go down and talk to receptionists and ask them to help or we will leave. Then they offered us another room. Which was not average, decent, nowhere near the perfect one but better than the previous ones that we had tried. The guy at the reception was only positive i would talk about this experience as he at-least tried. The housekeeping staff of legit uninterested.
