Fake hotel 3rd class service drinking staff service k naam Jo log drink keye hue hai un ko.........mujhe lgta hai ye hotel he kharb hai

very cheap room , no hygiene was maintained , very poor room service , Food is over priced. Electric kettle was full of cockroach eggs. and A lot of mosquitos were there.

There were severe maintenance issues in the room alloted to me in Hotel Samrat Heavens, Samrat Colony, Gard Road, Meerut. These issues included dirty toilet pot, broken liquid soap dispenser unit and broken stand of water jet. In the room, proper dusting was not done and poor quality pillows were provided.

Food good but cleaning and hygiene very bad.room dirty and bad smell and corridor very very bad smell

Ok hotel not good hotel , not clean , mosquito in room , service is not up to mark , AC is also not working properly

ac was not working room was dirty washroom was really dirty altogether it was a terrible experience food location ok

घटिया महा घटिया भूलकर भी मत जाना स्टाफ एक नंबर के घटिया बदतमीज हैं लोकेशन तो आराम से मिल गयी थी मगर होटल और उसका स्टाफ महाघटिया है बाथरूम तो बस स्टैंड वालों से भी गए गुजरे थे ।

It was a worst experience, half of the time my guest and me were trying to find a good room since the one allotted were not hygienic. The staff was not supportive at all the rooms and toilets were not clean at all.

Unclean washrooms, breakfast starts at 8. 30 am, no provision for people leaving before 8. 30 am. No room freshner.
