Couldn’t check in to hotel

The spacious room was very clean and well-maintained. The working space provided was excellent, making it easy to stay productive. The food was also very good in terms of taste and quality. However, the prices were slightly on the higher side, though not excessively so.

the hotel is near the highway itself. Personal parking is available, although no shed. staff is courteous, taste of food is good. neat n clean rooms

The hotel seems fo be one of the good ones in ratlam and very famous with lovals specially its restaurant as even being a small town the restaurant was very full with guests waiting till late and the food (though vegetarian) was super good - tasty / flavour full and fresh. Room are very spacious and clean thought the hotel looks a bid old and if u ignore the curtains the bed linen and towels very fresh n clean service was very prompt i will definitely recommend this hotel for stay

Cleanliness was not good. Room was not cleaned properly. It was spit on walls. Its need attention on the cleaning

The overall experience has been decent. The rooms are good and spacious however need to improve on overall cleanliness of the premises. Breakfast needs improvement

Value for money. Big rooms. Decent food and room services. Both room could be better. Decent and clean breakfast.

The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly. The shower had good pressure. Breakfast was good too.

I will bot recommend any of the travelers to stay on this property because of the reasons: 1/ staff is not at all supportive, they did not arrange eatable on early checkout just before 30mins of their breakfast timings. 2/ bed was messed with full hair from the previous stay, and housekeeping covered it as it should not be visible. 3/ false commitment on parking, they say, covered underground parking, but it's open area backyard parking. Fully unprofessional behavior by manager nitesh singh. Please refrain to visit this property.

One word “worst” experience of stay. Very bad, poor service, too expensive. No one care for your money

Very poor hygiene. Not at all recommended. Food taste is ok. Construction quality is good but not maintained. Everything is dirty n smelly.

Hotel was good but room service was poor due to the small city. Order delivery in the room was bad.

Good points - 1. Its located just a few minutes from national highway. 2. Restaurant staff was very nice and food was good. 3. Private parking space available and its safe. Bad points- 1. Bathroom had black fungus on the walls. 2. Dampness smell inside room. Although it went away after opening a window. Hotel price is good. Its extremely affordable. But still is would suggest that rooms need extra effort to be maintained well. And also a little more hospitality from your front desk staff.

Very very bad experience breakfast is not good water bottle that is local water geyser is not on.

Ratlam is a small place. Can’t expect more. Rooms and bathrooms were good but the corridors were smelly and a bit dirty. Extra bed mattress is put on floor which is a big no. I was in the suite. On second floor. Sofa bed was not clean.
