HOTEL SAMUDRA

We stayed at HOTEL SAMUDRA samudra for one day. It's located inside an old residential locality a bit away from the main city area. Rooms are very well designed and furnished albeit not so large and without any view. King side bed is good enough for a couple and a small kid. Bathroom was clean, decent, and spacious. Staff was very polite and helpful. They have a in-house restaurant by the name pebbles which has great food options. Excellent taste and is reasonably priced. Buffet breakfast was good with average spread. Not much options of food nearby if you want to eat outside. Parking was provided. No in-house activities or sports available for kids. In all a decent option if you want to stay for a day or two.

Stay at Samudra was pleasant, our check in was quick and the front office staff were polite though the room I stayed was small but was ok for a day. The restaurant pebbles has nice interiors, clean furniture. The restaurant staff are friendly and approachable and the HOTEL SAMUDRA manager was kind enough to suggest us things that we were not aware in the city. The place and approach to the HOTEL SAMUDRA is on the by lane from the main road. But the best part is the HOTEL SAMUDRA is maintained well and is very clean. I will give a 5 star overall for food, staff and cleanliness. Love to visit again for a pleasant stay. Thank you for the staff who are very kind and helpful.

I stayed here with my family for 1 night to take a halt before leaving for other City. I never expected this Hotel to be so good amidst a Town area. Big parking facility, nice lightning. We stayed in executive room so it was big small but ok for 1 day stay. Clean and hygienic room and washroom. All modern amenities. Pebbles restaurant is just awesome. When we visited, it was a Chinese food festival being held by them. Believe me, with unlimited food and variation in food, was just yummy. I never had such options in Chinese before. We also got to know from the manager that they conduct various food festivals every month. Highly recommended.

About the stay, location is good, food is good, services can be better and amenities are good. Service boy can be trained little better. Also, like to mention the two representatives in the morning one girl and one boy, please train them or educate them properly as to how to respond to the clients. She was bit rude and quite with attitude. Her respond was very rude which can be much more polite. Even the boy with her was of same attitude and rude. At reception pols hire a better staff, well trained and educated about the early check in and early check out policy

The HOTEL SAMUDRA has opened recently and therefore the rooms are very new and everything is clean and works perfectly. The rooms are maintained nicely. The lobby is very spacious and the HOTEL SAMUDRA has a decent parking space for it's guest. The only drawback was the service was very slow. Both the request to housekeeping and room service took twice the time which was told initially. Overall the HOTEL SAMUDRA is good for the price it charges and worth the stay for people wanna stay close to CBT and Fort area.

The HOTEL SAMUDRA location was bit difficult to find because of the narrow lanes. The HOTEL SAMUDRA itself is clean, with all important amenities for a business traveller. The food was served warm and yummy. The parking is in the basement below, so our car was secured and safe but the watchman. The staff also helped us with directions to get our car serviced on the way.

The HOTEL SAMUDRA is very clean, has basement parking with lift facility, lovely restaurant and very clean rooms. Had a most comfortable stay and the staff are very cordial too. We were on a road trip from bengaluru to mumbai and this was our night stop and it was most comfortable. I would recommend this HOTEL SAMUDRA definitely to all friends.

This HOTEL SAMUDRA offers a comfortable stay. Breakfast was really good and tasty. Staff was courteous and helpful. Only issue was with taking out our car from HOTEL SAMUDRA to city as the road is packed with local street vendors on saturdays and there was absolutely no room for car to move. Overall it was a decent stay for me and my family.

The HOTEL SAMUDRA, though situated in residential area, is very well maintained and has all comforts to make your stay hassle free. The rooms are hygienic and staff is courteous.

Hotel is off 3 km from highway and easily accessible via Google maps, try local food around, it's in a nice local neighborhood, staff are excellent and courteous. People travelling by road and want a pit stop near highway it's value for money.

I have stayed in HOTEL SAMUDRA Samudra for 4 days and 3 nights. The ambiance was good. Rooms are a bit small bit very clean and tidy.

All covid 19 related protocols are followed by HOTEL SAMUDRA staff. A well maintained and sanitized room. Keep it up.

Very comfortable stay, courteous staff, good food

The staff was very good, however the HOTEL SAMUDRA room and restaurant was not upto the mark. Overall, its 3-star stay as it mentioned. Recommend for short stay and inform the HOTEL SAMUDRA in advance about your choice of king or twin bed and also regarding the interconnect room as well. Kudos to the staff.
