Terrible Stay- Unhelpful Staff & Unlivable Room

We checked into the hotel on March 5th but our experience was extremely disappointing. Our room had a terrible sewer stink, making it unlivable. When we approached the reception, the staff and management were unhelpful and rude. Instead of addressing the issue they simply stated that since we booked online, they couldn’t do anything. They made no effort to resolve the problem, leaving us with no choice but to check out the same day. The hotel was poorly managed and the staff showed no concern for guest comfort. Definitely not recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

The staff was not very cordial. For example we asked for a spoon and they simply denied. Second thing, the room was noisy as annoying noise came from the surroundings.

Rooms were not clean there was dust everywhere on the window, tables tv unit there was no battery in the remote pillows covers were torn i stayed at this property last year and i was very happy with the service so decided to stay here again but it's so disappointing to see they have downgrade so much staf was good and helpful but property and rooms were not well maintained during room service floor was not cleaned just bed was made and dustbins cleared

Room was on the ground floor right next to the reception. No ventilation inside the room and ac was super low. When asked the staff they said it’s the best we can do.

The room given was very small however the charges are high for that locality. In that budget we can get much better rooms in the area. There were no window or ventilation in the room. Also, bed was not comfortable.
