Do not they have efficient broadcasting networks like Hathaway, in such big towns like Balasore? I would have rated the HOTEL SAND CITY five star, I have given four star just because of the television. Except television everything about the HOTEL SAND CITY is good.
Everything about the room is fine, except the television. I do not know what kind of network were they using, it does not have enough signal or channels. The broadcasting network was utter failure. I could not watch my favorite programs during night. Do not they have efficient broadcasting networks like Hathaway, in such big towns like Balasore ? Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff, lovely and great first impression of HOTEL SAND CITY. Everything about the HOTEL SAND CITY was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

From Balasore Bus stand, Auto's did not know where Hotel Sand City was, but reached HOTEL SAND CITY and found it was in a good location. Quick check inn, staff courteous, room was clean, WiFi working. Food was good. But what was annoying was even after ordering dinner by room service, they called up at 10. 45 p. M. Asking if I wanted dinner. My sleep got disturbed. Definitely one can stay at this HOTEL SAND CITY solo or with family

It was good stay. The staffs including the manager himself is very professional. Only thing I would recommend for the improvement is on my every visit, I would have to tell the staffs to get the kits like brush, shampoo, had they provided it on their own without our asking, it would have been more professional. Anyways. I would rate 4. 8 out of 5. Very good behavior by the staffs.

Well behaved staff, room services are good. Clean and clear rooms, undoubtedly one of the best in Balasore. The place is 15 minutes walk from Busstand, or you can get a share auto and it is just 20/-. The staff are well behaved, the HOTEL SAND CITY seems a bit overpriced but in a place like Balasore this is just more than expected if you book it from MakeMyTrip.

Very nice rooms, ambience was good as well, had a very nice stay, Me & my wife, both liked the Hotel & our room, staff was good and very well behaved, Location is far from Station and in the Main market, thats the Advantage ... Lastly, I would say, We Loved It & Great Value for Money ...

Neat and clean HOTEL SAND CITY. Food was excellent. Good value for money. Located in a place which is very close to shops and malls. Rooms are pretty spacious. Service was very prompt. Excellent value for money in a place like Balasore where you don't find good HOTEL SAND CITYs

Chandipur Beach is quite far from it but Worth staying if having car or for business purpose.

The location along with room quality is good. The service has a lot of scope to improve. Rooms are well kept. The HOTEL SAND CITY is relatively new. As mentioned, rooms are spacious and very clean. Overall highly recommended for overnight stay.
