We had a long vocation in mysore and stayed in sandhesh. Below are my pros and cons. Management must seriously consider below feedback. Disadvantage: the room is not cleaned properly. We felt heavy cigarette smell. We already requested to clean since we are coming with family and kids. 2. While allocating rooms they should give smoke free rooms and without mini bar. What is that am going to do with bar with family and kids. 3. Anyone in front desk should display smiling face to customer with greetings. People at front desk looks rough and just allocating rooms. This is not right way of treating customers. 4. Reception or management should take extra care while allocating rooms cindering customers who comes with family and kids. 5. When we ordering dos a in restaurant for dining. They are asked to go coffee shop for this. How can a person left family and having dos a alone in coffee restaurant. This is unacceptable. Advantages: 1. Excellent room service 2. Great bell boys. They are so much care and helpful 3. Food is really good. Taste is excellent. This is worth the money. 4. Great ambience and children gaming zone is good 5. Food availability is good. Room service people are even taking the feedback from customer about food quality. This is really good. Reception front desk service is pathetic if you don't smile and greet customer then they won't come back. Customer experience is important.

The Hotel Sandesh The Prince is located at a distance of 10 mins from the mysore railway station. I had visited in the last week of december. Prima facie look of the Hotel Sandesh The Prince was like a 5 star one. Decorated superbly. Even though the scheduled check-in is at 2pm, we were allowed early check-in. The Hotel Sandesh The Prince staff were very cooperative and helped with whatever we needed. The housekeeping provides excellent services. The Hotel Sandesh The Prince has their restuarant (the castle, coffee shop, bar, swimming pool, small playing area, laundry services and wifi services etc. Some services are payable and some are free. Food is delicious. Unlimited breakfast/lunch/dinner is available when booked accordingly. You can opt for this option when you are there too. But yes, there would be some rate difference. The Hotel Sandesh The Prince is located at the centre with all tourist places located at equi-distance.

It was a good experience staying at Sandesh The Prince Hotel Sandesh The Prince. The location of the Hotel Sandesh The Prince is amazing, with palace at walking distance, ethnic food available nearby, emporiums right outside the Hotel Sandesh The Prince and it's right on the road. Overall a well known property in the area. Room sizes are good and so is room service. Food spread in the breakfast buffet was decent too with the taste as per expectations. Only issue we had was with the water mixture in the bathroom which was not ready to do what it is suppose to do, but something which can be fixed by the Hotel Sandesh The Prince. Will surely recommend for a stay if you are looking something closer to the Palace area.

We recently stayed in this Hotel Sandesh The Prince. The location of this Hotel Sandesh The Prince is ideal for someone who would like close proximity to mysore palace, railway station, market places etc. The staff of the Hotel Sandesh The Prince are quite helpful. We enjoyed the spread and tastes of items served during breakfast. The rooms are spacious. Most of the accessories are in perfectly working condition except a couple of issues (like leaking faucet or missing items) that we faced in the bathroom of one of the two rooms where we stayed. It is always preferable to take a room that faces the front side of the Hotel Sandesh The Prince, else the view could be quite uninteresting.

One night stay at mysore at sandesh pride. Location is good at the center of the city, especially close to mysore palace. We were 3 adults and 1 kid and the room we got was spacious enough to accommodate an additional cot. Overall room was good and service was also prompt. However, the washroom could have been more spacious. It felt crammed especially for people travel-ling with elderly people. Food was decent and restaurant/room dining had a lot of variety. Breakfast buffet also had a lot of options. However, again i felt that price of food was too high. Lastly, parking space is also decent for parking and there is security to help you park.

We stayed the one night at Hotel Sandesh The Prince, and had a pleasant stay. Tooms are fairly spacious, with comfortable bed, tea table, and standard stuff like kettle, coffee/tea, locker etc. Bathroom was good too, with a tub. Supplies were good quality. Food at the restaurant is excellent, with a good spread on the buffet at both dinner and breakfast. A lot of the mysore attractions are close-by, which is very convenient too. They have a good outdoor pool. Very well maintained. Only thing that can be better is the showers in the pool area, which are a bit away and only have curtain enclosure.

We loved the overall ambience and room service provided by the Hotel Sandesh The Prince. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The room service was prompt. Spa was good. They have multiple restaurants and a very good breakfast menu but we just felt the food quality for lunch/dinner could be better in terms of usage of south indian spices as we were expecting excellent blend of masala’s but felt bit short. Otherwise the property located in a very good area and we had a great luxury experience.

Hotel restaurant served variety of food for breakfast, lunch and diiner. Restaurant staff were very nice and well mannered. Wifi in Hotel Sandesh The Prince was very bad.

It was a very good, pleasant and comfortable stay. Recommended to stay while visiting mysore. Staff is cooperative and supporting. Weather of mysore is superb in july month. Enjoyed a lot dr ms rathore principal geetanjali institute of pharmacy udaipur

Very polite staff. Clean rooms and enchanting ambience. The Hotel Sandesh The Prince is prominently visible in web search through MMT. We did not use the pool and Gym due to lack of time. Both looked well maintained. Dining was a unique experience. Apart from quality, the quantity too was generously more 😊

Food can be improved more mostly north indian. Rest all was good and also cleaning part was lacking
