It was of one the best Hotel Sangaylay Palace in my life, this property is well maintained, beautiful garden with birds chirping at morning time, room cleanliness is 5 star, bathroom is totally hygienic, food is also delicious and price is much cheaper than other Hotel Sangaylay Palace, especially I am curious about cleanliness, I went to kitchen check the cleanliness, it was wow they maintained the kitchen, excellent. It is one of best Hotel, everything is properly maintained, beautiful garden with birds chirping at morning time, neat and clean room, staff is every time attentive, helpful and humble. Food is also delicious, especially I went to kitchen to check the cleanliness, it was wow the way they maintained the kitchen. In my whole life I haven't seen this level cleanliness. Thank you MakeMyTrip for giving me this Hotel Sangaylay Palace reference.

Just after manager greeted us with local shawl. After then he briefed us about the weather conditions of Leh. He got our permits stamped and didn't charge us anything for that. After that he offered us kawa tea (local Tea). In evening he checked our oxygen level and guided how to enjoy leh and places around leh without getting sick. Everything in room was cleaned and sticker 'specially cleaned for you' was their. It was an awesome experience staying at Hotel Sangaylay Palace. Must book Hotel Sangaylay Palace when staying at leh. One of the best Hotel Sangaylay Palaces in leh. We stayed at Hotel Indus Valley also. If we rate Indus valley 1 then this Hotel Sangaylay Palace is 10 for the money they take and the service they provide.

Booked this Hotel based on positive reviews and found exactly the same. Hotel is located in a quite and serene atmosphere without noises which makes stay quite memorable. Housekeeping is very good and the room is taken care of everyday. But most importantly their hospitality is quite somewhat we could not expect from Hotel Sangaylay Palaces. Mr. Jack is such a sincere and genuine person without any business mask. When my taxi is delayed for dropping to Airport, jack took his own car and dropped us in Airport even when I refused and preferred to wait. Thank you, jack. Jooley. May god bless you and be with you always in your life. So, go ahead without any second thought.

This Hotel is one of the best Hotel, all facilities are available in this Hotel, I was travelling with my wife for honeymoon vacation, they made our holidays memorable by supporting from every corner, my wife gives me credit for choosing this Hotel, at the point of service I can give excellent mark, staff is polite and Hotel interior is really impressive, its hard to get this type of Hotel in this price range, I can suggest everyone you can go for it.

We have stayed here for some days. Overall experience was nice. In my previous review I have mentioned that their breakfast menu has less options for guests and it's costly. The situation is same however they have revised their menu and slashed down the prices of items. We therefore ordered food separately. The Hotel Sangaylay Palace is nice but when I booked my second stay through MMT then suddenly their response changed to below satisfactory level.

Hotel cleanliness, staff behavior were really awesome. The quality and service of food was also good and the price was reasonable. Special mention to jack (one of the Hotel managers) who eagerly gave us lift in his car in our visit to war memorial light and sound show where we did not have our car at that moment. Another manager Thakur Ji was also helpful arranging and guiding the local conveyance and sightseeing.

We stayed at sangaylay palace on 8th july’22 for one night. Rooms was very neat and clean with all the required amenities like air purifier, inbuilt room heater, tv etc. Dinner and breakfast was very tasty and good variety. All the staff is very energetic and prompt in servcie. Manager sonu managing Hotel Sangaylay Palace very well. We are recommending guest to stay here.

We we there in Hotel Sangaylay Palace sangaylay place for 2 days 12. 10. 21 and 13. 10. 21, there were everything in excellent condition, nice location, cleaning, staff well behaved 5* out of 5* specially mr. The manager staff was very impolite during checkout which actually ruined all the good experiences, we had during the stay. Food was good and rooms too were well maintained.

We stay in five-night and experience was awesome. Location is perfect close to the market it was the center of Leh town. Food of hotal was good but expensive. Excellent hospitality and well-behaved staff.

Great service really enjoy our stay in this Hotel Sangaylay Palace, very helpful staff, specially mr. Sonu on reception. Location is also good and they provide free pick and drop facility for mall road market.

It is a very good place to stay, mr. Deskong - the Hotel Sangaylay Palace manger is very helpful and the entire staff is very courteous. Rooms are huge, lawns are aptly done. I loved my stay

A good place to stay in leh. Quality of room is good, staff is courteous. Restaurant is reasonably good with a la carte menu. Breakfast needs to improve. Checkout time of 8am can be a problem if return flight is in afternoon. Manager was however cooperative and allowed to extend checkout by 2hrs.
