Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The location was at the border of Jaisalmer. The staff was friendly. The room was good. There was no ventilation, room facilities were not available, basic requirement like intercom was not there, not a single window in the room or bathroom, bad smell in the room, services were poor.

Service and cleanliness is so good of this hotel as well as the staff is also very good. The hotel is at walkable distance to the fort so we can roam around in city by staying there. Food is also very nice here.

The day I arrived with my family, the person and the people at restaurant were drunken . While checkout I asked for taxi but the incharge replayed that find it your self or ask the taxi person with whom you were moving around for two days.

I travelled with family, booked three rooms with extra bed, All the beds were cotton mattress first thing, on request to owner to change the bed, he behaved very rudely. He was drunk ed and was misbehaving in front of my family and small kid. Not at all suggested for family guest . No towels, No toiletries, unwashed bed sheet that's too smaller in size, blankets with holes ( marks of cigratte burn ), unmanned owner!

Great service received, can't explain it any better. It's a small hotel on the way to bada baag. Staff is very cooperative. Only issue is they don't have RO water but then bottled water is available. Its a recommended economic stay

Only poha or aloo paratha in snacks both day No choice in breakfast. Far from main city. No transport easily available. Rooms not well maintained. Ambience not as shown in the net. Location not good. WiFi equal to 0.

Hotel staff was supportive but owner behaviour was not good. Hotel cleaning was not good. Bath Towel was too dirty & its like floor cleaning cloth. Hotel Breakfast time was too late & even they didn't make it half an hour early after our request. So, its average experience.

It was very good time there I would like to there again the hotel is clean and staf is very heal full I would like to stay there longer in future and it is value of money the hotel have very good location you can see sun set from each room and nice balcony

It's not very far from the main bazaar. The lady on the front desk is very nice and she manages everything well. Clean rooms clean washroom. Ample parking. But check-out time is 10 am. There's a guy who works along with that lady. He is so rude and unwelcoming. He was smoking right outside the hotel and he is a real black Mark on such a beautiful property and good management.

Handled by a THAI lady who has very good sense of hotel management. Staff was very supportive. Rooms were well-maintained and clean. Overall, everything was good. It does not have much parking space but location is such that its easy to park multiple cars.

Nice hotel, nice people, nice food, nice hotel ambiance and calm surrounding. Complete value for money hotel. Very supportive staff and even owner. Hotel made our arrangement of dessert safari and local site seeing at reasonable cost. Rooms are very spacious and very clean and hygienically maintained.

One has to depend on the hotel for other needs, and there they play. Booking vehicle through them is dangerous, they say something but does different. With foreign aid the hotel may have repute, but for non-Rajasthani Indians the deal may become tricky.

The whole experience was good, location and side scene was nice. Yes, I will recommend the hotel. Food was good. Few things can be improved more like facility in wash-room, TV provided on room should be bigger in size. Rest of the things are good.
