Location is great services are excellent the room is spacious with provision of natural sunlight pouring in aesthetics is good staff and management are very prompt to answer any call for service the only problem is that the lift is from the first floor hope to stay here next time i visit malda

Good staying, staffs behaviour is good and supportive, but recently the room service need to be concentrate, it should be cleaned and serviced properly, as i have seen cockroaches in the room and bathroom fittings are damaged (room no 304) which can enough to shift your choice.
