Points have been given to the manager who has been responsive & has assured the steps are being taken towards mitigation of shortcomings. It's a new Hotel sannidhi emerald and still under construction. So lots of construction material and dust lying around. Food was good and rooms were clean and nice. However the bathroom doesn't have a mirror and the tea bags are not provided. Housekeeping is not good and they don't come and clean the rooms. Taxis are a problem in this place however autos are available.
