The room cleaning is good, but the staff’s behavior is not satisfactory. The TV is often not recharged, and there are no slippers or glasses provided in the room. These basic items are only given after asking multiple times, which causes unnecessary time wastage.

The location is convenient, close to restaurant and shopping malls, major transports links. The check-in process was smooth and staff was generous. Issue-1 is as the property situated very near to Highway, traffic noise may annoyed you and disturb your sleep. Suggestion to Hotel- use double glass windows for sound proofing. Issue-2, Fowl smell near to the service lift and area. No cleaning at all, that was disgusting. Thanks & Regards, Manoj

The experience was average. Because the cleanliness of the room is not good pillows covers are not washed. There was smell in the room floor is also not clean properly. The room is for two persons but there is only one chair for sitting. We had our dinner on the floor.

Terrible Stay

had one of the worst experiences at this property. I checked in around 1:00 AM, and from the very beginning things went wrong: The AC was not working at all. Despite informing the staff, no proper solution was provided. The staff’s behavior was extremely unprofessional – instead of helping, they kept troubling me, which felt like harassment at midnight. I was forced to shift my bedding at 3:00 AM, and the replacement bedding and blanket provided were in terrible condition I had to struggle till 3:30 AM without rest, which completely ruined my stay. On top of that, I had to travel back to Lucknow the next morning, and due to a sleepless night, my journey became even more stressful. This place completely failed to deliver basic hospitality and comfort. Absolutely not worth the money and definitely not recommended. Strongly advise others to avoid booking this property.
