Wifi not working and poor network that caused a problem rooms were also just ok ok and staff member came asking for checkout before 11:00 am when the timing given is 11:00 am

the receptionists are terrible. They dont care about anything you ask. rooms were clean but the staff was terrible. we asked for toiletries and they said we only give if guests ask for it. the manager left a young boy at reception and saw us giving the id proof, he came and said pan card is not accepted and i had to reply in the similar tone that this is driving license man food was good. they need better staff
