The stay was comfortable. The only thing we faced was the wall of the room has damp (seelan. Though the staff offered us for other room but it was small room. We booked delux room. There was other few things related to bed cleaning which was addressed quickly by the staffs. Rest was good. Staff were very polite and helping. Food was good, fast delivered in afternoon and night, only breakfast got delayed may be early morning staff availability issue. Rest we enjoyed or stay at santoor the location is also prime, away from husle and bustle, rickshaw will take rs 100 for every-time you go to but temple from Hotel Santoor. The stay was comfortable. Rooms were big and bed was comfy but the shower was not working perfectly and the flush was dripping in to the commode continuously. Fortunately none of the issue was big trouble. When we booked our room, i don’t know or why but i was not able to book them with breakfast but it was good for us as we could try famous banaras breakfast ( kachori subji and jalebi) from different restaurants. Banaras a aye auro savere ki kachori subji na khaye to kaya khak banaras aaye. Location was it’s great ast it was close to city center. Most of the attractions are close from this area. Did not try Hotel Santoor’s food so can’t comment on that. But check out their menu and it was on pricier side.

The Hotel Santoor location is very good, nearer to kashi vishwanath temple and railway station. Hotel ambience is very good with lift facility for older person. Rooms are well designed with all amenities like guiser, tv, wifi, tea making machine. Bathing accessories provided along with tea making machine. Staffs are very polite and courteous. Indoor restaurant is available with healthy breakfast. The prime location of the Hotel Santoor is the quite good. Staff like krishna and others are very helpful. Restaurant food quality and taste was good. It's a. Perfect stay in this Hotel Santoor for family. I recommend within the budget it's very good to stay.

I enjoyed staying at Hotel Santoor samtoor as it was at q good location in the city area and not far from any tourist spot and railways station and not too close to the crowded places. Staff was very cooperative specially shantosh yaday. He was omnipresent and always ready to help. I really appreciate his service. We needed food late kitchen was closed still they managed to cook great food at night we loved it so next day we had our dinner again at their restaurant itself which also very good. This Hotel Santoor is located at a good location in the middle of the city and all the locations like kashi vishwanath temple are easily accessible hardly 4km. The service and staff behavior is good and prompt. Also, the food they serve is tasty. The rooms are clean but they have much dampness on the walls and ceiling which could be treated. Overall, it is a good value for money Hotel Santoor and i would recommend it.

Wonderful and pleasant stay with santoor family, what an amazing cooperative, friendly and professional staff santoor has. I will rate 10 on 10 on cleanliness, staff and rooms. From the person standing at the door to the reception, room service and at personnels at restaurants everything is managed very elegantly.

The Hotel Santoor is situated at a calm location in the city. All tourist places including shri kashi vishwanath temple is a 10 minute drive away. The Hotel Santoor's restaurant serves good quality food, rates are justified. Staff and overall services are good. Will definitely recommend.

Though they gave a poor room after makemytrip intervention they changed next day. After that there were no issues.

Nice location and if you want to stay at center of varanasi and budgets go for it. Neat and clean good behavior of staff. Service nice.
