Hotel Santosh Dham

I will list out all good points in short: 1. On main highway. I had car and got very safe ample parking space. Out of City barricades so once u park your car here, just take an e rickshaw just outside gate and visit any temple hassle-free without worrying about parkings and traffic/road blockings and congestions. 2. In house good restaurant with a lot of options at a reasonable price. Good for family. U may opt for room service or can eat in a restaurant near reception directly. 3. Clean, peaceful and very well maintained property. 4. 10 min distance to Prem mandir and Maa Vaishno Devi Mandir. Had a happy stay on weekdays with my parents. Out of main city hustle.

Having stayed with ISKCON group last time had pleasant memories of the Hotel Santosh Dham and not exposed to the food and the ineffective staff. First of all family suite contained luggage belonging to others. Staff not interested in listening and took a very long time in any service. Soap not provided at first and on insistence very inferior quality provided and that too for 2 people. Breakfast spread pathetic and things not getting refilled. Should improve. Will not recommend.

We booked 2 rooms in the Hotel Santosh Dham. Check in procedure was delayed due to rooms were not checked out by guests. Rooms were spacious and clean, they provided good room service. We had dinner buffet and breakfast both were good. Breakfast had aloo parantha, idle sambhar, sandwich, poha and tea. Location of the Hotel Santosh Dham is very good, on main road. Car parking is also inside the property and it can accommodate around 12 cars.

The Hotel Santosh Dham is newly built, and the rooms are clean and decently appointed. They have adequate parking space, so that's an advantage. Their location on Bhaktivedanta Marg gives them proximity to Iskcon Temple, Prem Temple and Vaishno Devi Temple. The only slight downside is their restaurant pricing, which considering everything is on the higher side (15-20% higher). Otherwise, it's a good option to consider in Vrindavan.

We had booked 2 deluxe rooms, that were upgraded to luxury rooms. Rooms were neat & clean. Wash rooms were also okay except for bathing space that was really inadequate. Food, an important part, was fresh, tasted good. Location of Hotel Santosh Dham is also convenient, not in the heart of city but close to area of our interest. This all we got at an affordable price, really liked.

Very easy to locate. You have no need to seek parking for entering the City. E- Ricksha very easily available for the famous religious places of Vrindavan. Leave your vehicle at the Hotel Santosh Dham and enjoy without the tension of seeking parking to Park your vehicle for exploring the Holy City. Nice staff. Cleanliness better than that of the past year.

The stay was quite good but still the Hotel Santosh Dham needs to improve a lot in terms of room services. Every time we have to call the room service guy for the basic items but still they will not provide you on time. They need to work on their food as well, the taste was not up to the mark.

The Hotel Santosh Dham staffs was very cooperative also the room size are very big and comfortable. Also Hotel Santosh Dham provided us the early check-in for our guests, so all in all it was a great experience with the Hotel Santosh Dham and we will surely visit this property again

Excellent place to stay. Prime location. Staff courtesies very helpful. Has a dedicated temple and with puja happening daily. Liked the ambiance as expected from a pilgrimage travel and stay.

It's a nice Hotel. The location of the Hotel is in a very good place. Room of the Hotel are very specious and very clean. Food quality of the Hotel is very good. Hotel stuff are also very friendly. Over all staying in this Hotel is value for money.

Good spacious room, ciean and good air-conditioned. Good food and prompt service and courteous staff ambience was good.

On road Hotel Santosh Dham, near to prem mandir, good service, nice food, polite staff, well cleaned room. Arrangements of cake and other stuff possible too.

Hotel is at a good location, close to prem mandir. Also away from traffic which is good. Bathroom can be improved.

Pleasant stay with family, best location and good behaviour all staff. Food is good. Breakfast needs to be improve.
