Except location nothing is good, towels were not available in room 2. Room heater were not available, later it was arranged on second day 3. Room service extremely poor 4. Food service available till 10 pm

The location of Hotel is perfect near the Dolma Chauk. Dalai Lama Monestry and other visiting places are at walking distance. Our room was spacious with big washroom and Balcony to outer mountain view. at the top terrcae, you can have beautiful view with tea/lunch. Room was clean and staff was cooperative. The hotel meet my expectations. I highly recommend this place for stay in Macleodganj.

Horrible experience. Hotel rooms are not cleaned and hygienic. I have booked a family suite room but they provide one double bed room. Even they do not provide water. Parking problem is a big issue because it is very far from the hotel. Very bad hotel. Not recommended for family.

Located in the main hub of the market place, the hotel is ideal for those interested in lots of shopping. Lots of multi cuisine restaurants, close to kalchakra temple, sky-way station as well as dalai lama temple. Good hospitality but they need to improve on infrastructure and amenities like water, intercom and conveniences. Room service is a one man show but that single person is very good. Their restaurant is very good and the served food is safe.

During my recent stay at this hotel, i must admit i was left disappointed by several aspects. Firstly, the room itself fell short of expectations, lacking basic amenities such as adequate lighting and door mats. The non-functional intercom made communication with the staff a cumbersome task, requiring multiple trips to the reception for essentials like towels and slippers, which were surprisingly absent. Adding to the disappointment, the view from the room was rather ordinary, failing to impress. The food quality, while not terrible, was only average. What's more, the service during meals was lackluster, with basics like spoons missing from the table. One particularly frustrating aspect was discovering that i could have extended my stay at a cheaper rate by booking at the hotel, after initially booking for a single night. Additionally, the inconvenience of distant parking compounded the overall dissatisfaction. However, it's not all negative. The one redeeming factor of this establishment is its prime location, which undoubtedly adds value to the overall experience.

I recently stayed at hotel sapphire, and my experience was mixed. Kunal stood out as exceptionally helpful and attentive, providing excellent service. However, the receptionist's performance was average, not overly engaging or helpful. Despite this, kunal's exceptional service made the overall stay more enjoyable. No

Booked market view room as per description on mmt, but hotel doesn't have any room with market view. Service was terrible. Even had to ask for toiletries. Most of the facilities mentioned in the description were not available.

pros: a. Location - it is located at dolma chowk, very near to the main center and in the middle of the market. This makes the market really accessible from the hotel. B. Price - per day for a premium room was okayish. C. Balcony valley/sunset view from the room itself. We had travel-led to naddi to experience the sunset, the next day we experienced it from our balcony. D. Staff: staff is polite and nice e. Early check in: we checked in around 8 in the morning as we had travel-led via bus, the hotel didn't charge us anything extra for it, which was really a good gesture from them. Cons: a. Nearly no facilities in the hotel: even though we booked the premium room, we didn't get the toiletries, we had to request for towels and soap. There was no heater in the room, it costs you around 500 inr per day extra if you opt for it. B. The room needs maintenance, it didn't look completely clean. C. Water bottles were chargeable, usually a hotel gives a couple of bottles per day as free. D. No recreation room - hotel folks denied of any recreational room at the property.

Just amazing and it's in the middle of the market gives you the access for all shops and restaurants and balcony view is something you look forward too

Excellent choice if you are looking for a budget hotel for a stay with your family. The rooms are clean and have a great view of the valley. It’s right in the centre of the market, hence becomes the best choice. Staff are cordial. Do not expect too much of a service, however staff did not say no to whatever we asked for.

They gave a terrible room in the fourth basement to bookings. Room was filled with insects. N corridors were smelly like public toilets.

This hotel is well located in the middle of main mcleodganj market. You can not think how big are room sizes while standing outside of the hotel. Huge toilet (7*16 feet aprox. Nice valley view from the balcony. Above all there was a good service and management. Mr vikas, kamal, sunny are all very cooperative that made our stay awesome.

Location is good, but make my trip has charged 1000 rupees extra for 1 day. I suggest to book room directly

Sapphire hotel is a nice hotel on the temple road. It lies just between the main square and the dalai lama temple, so in short every famous eatery and tourist spot can be visited on foot here, except bhagsu nag temple. Nice courteous staff, we booked 2 rooms but were given on different floors because we booked the same type of room. My recommendation would be to call the hotel before booking and asking which type of rooms to book, so they can give adjacent rooms. However rooms on different levels were not a problem to us. Probably the only minor drawback of the hotel is the confusing lift floors and room numbers but you'll get used to it in a trip or two via the lift. Rest perfect location of the hotel for a comfortable stay. Regarding your car parking, there are two paid parkings one near the temple and other near the square where vehicles can be parked easily. Would book this hotel when i visit again for sure

Balcony exploring valley views added excitement pleasant stay. Also well behaved polite staff served best service, as well catering good hygienic food at attached restaurant. I enjoyed staying this hotel.

First hotel is in main bazar even at corner of main market in mclodganj. Hotel has own parking area but far away from hotel. Also located at very dangerous slope road. Hotel is with less amenities but best for people who enjoy market roaming and happening crowd. We booked premium room with 4 bed. Room was good with awesome valley view. Auto and taxi stand are nearby of hotel. Main attraction points like dalai lama temple, ropeway are very near to hotel. Bhagsu nag, naddi view are also not much far from hotel location. Overall good hotel.

This property have very scenic view from their balcony. Good behaviour from staff and they available all time for help. Market location and very close to square chock. Kids friendly and lot of space in room. We stayed here for two days and was every thing fine.
