Hotel La Vista Inn

Property is extremely dirty. Breakfast was complementary but not being given. Food price was high with no taste.

Power cut problem. Even not a water bottle provided. Toilet commode was very dirty. TV was not working.

The food prices are unreasonably high, and the quality does not meet expectations. I hope this issue is addressed soon. Also Staff behaviour is too bad

TV not working,telephone not working,reception mobile number not pick calls,if u want any query or any work u have to step down to reception and talk, there was no hangers for clothes in the room, there was no hanger in the bathroom too,u have to keep the towel on basic, I will never ask anyone to book this hotel la vista sapphire, reception man is not polite in nature

Must need to improve service quality I needed the water at 11 pm & I requested to give me a water bottle ... The receptionist said - We don't serve at 11 🫠 The food was not good ( i ordered dal makhni & tandoori roti )

Room & bathroom are very clean .. but room service are very poor .. food service very poor service

Hotel had power failure from evening till midnight with no generators, they keep the ac off from backend during night so that you can't use the ac during night in an ac room, rooms with breakfast is terrible- you struggle to get a breakfast in the morning & everyday you require to remind them to give breakfast, staff behaviour is good, but their services & facilities are extremely poor

Hotel behaviour is very bad, hygiene is very poor, service is very bad, room are very dirty.

Electricity and water issue. No water in bathroom was available and no person to respond. It was a pathetic experience.

Lift not in working condition. Only working till 1st floor, in advertisement mentioned that there is restaurant but not in working condition. Lots of mosquito there. As per rate there is no any good service

Competitive among-st other hotels in terms of services & amenity, cost effective in terms of tariff & food charges, clean in terms of interior & exteriors, comfortable in terms of bedding & sofa, and convenient in terms of location and staff services.

Rooms not cleaned, torn and wearout pillows and bedsheets, no toilet paper, terrible complimentary breakfast, ignorant staff members. Very bad service

I have stayed multiple hotels in tinsukia in this month, so far hotel sapphire has given me the worst experience. This hotel is unprofessionally managed. The biggest issue i have faced is the cleanliness, toilet and bathroom was really dirty, there is no soap and other facility provided by hotel. Also i have experienced frequent power cut here. Thar only good thing about the hotel is it's location.
