Rooms are neat and clean Bathrooms were also in good condition, staff also cooperative

Location is bang on road, zoo is at walking distance. Rooms are very small. Good view from upper floor.

Almost is ok But room size is small & bathroom is many issues door not locked & wash area is not proper working.

Hotel room was clean but small. Food quality was average, but the service of the staff was bad. staff was not hygienic at all. Need a lot of improvement in the staff.

A very descent property, neat and clean. Good and nice food. In room as well as restaurant dining rates are economical. Room size is a little small.

The rooms were squeaky clean, cozy and up to the mark with all the facilities and comfort of a 3* or above. The hotel staff was very professional and courteous. Overall had an excellent experience and stay at sapphire 26. Definitely recommend it!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Newly constructed hotel with modern minimalist interiors. Rooms were clean with all the mentioned amneties. The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor. Food was exceptionally good.
