Hotel Sapphire Garden View

The Hotel Sapphire Garden View is located in a convenient place. It is next to the city bus stand and toy train station. Many tourist attractions like boat house/lake, karnataka sir i garden, and botanical garden are very close. The Hotel Sapphire Garden View has a bar and restaurant attached to it. The food could have been better in terms of taste, quantity, and price. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained for its price range (not extraordinary but good enough for a comfortable stay. The Hotel Sapphire Garden View has space for parking of 10 to 12 cars. Staff were courteous and helpful. Overall it was a pleasant stay without any hiccups.

The property is conveniently located opposite Ooty Railway Station and near the Ooty Main Bus Stand, making it easily accessible. Major attractions like the Rose Garden, Botanical Park, and Ooty Lake are all within a 1-3 km radius. The rooms are spacious, and the service was satisfactory. However, the on-site Lemongrass Garden Restaurant was average, and guests may find better dining options at other nearby restaurants in Ooty.

Hotel walkable distance from the railway station & bus stand. North & south Indian food available at the Hotel restaurant. Booked a Deluxe room. The room is very neat & clean. Room service was also nice 👍

It was good stay and maintenance was nice, restorent facility was not great and we would expect at-least some welcome drink and hot water facility for drinking.

Good stay but they are not providing hot water. Only morning 7am to 10am which is not good and ac also not there, it should have bcz of cold weather we can make the ac at room' temperature at least improvement is needed

Rooms were not as seen in photos. But staff are very polite and service was good. Over was good. Food at Hotel Sapphire Garden View lemon grass was good

Hotel is next to railway station. Good thing is, it has attached restaurant. Staff is supportive. Concern is, neatness. Though room was big, the bed is small and bedsheets are not so fragment. Seen some flies as next to railway station and rainy weather.
