Hotel Sapphire Garden View

Our stay at the Hotel Sapphire Garden View was for two nights during the puja holidays. It's a budget Hotel Sapphire Garden View with basic amenities and you should not expect the premium amnesties. However our experience was good with some minor cons. Pros 1. The location of the Hotel Sapphire Garden View is the most important pro. It's is very near to the ooty town close to ooty bus stand. We could reach the spots like boat house, thread garden, wax meusum, st thomas church etc by walk. 2. Though it's a packed day due to the puja holidays the check in and check out were smooth as they did not make us us wait for too long. 3. The staffs were attending our needs promptly. 4. There was sufficient parking space in front of the Hotel Sapphire Garden View. Cons 1. Due to the staff shortage on the day of puja there was a delay in providing hot water on our day 2. 2. There is no balcony or lawn etc in the Hotel Sapphire Garden View. So opt this Hotel Sapphire Garden View if your purpose is only the stay. 3. Since there is a bar in the building evening time it was crowded outside. Over-all our stay was nice. Will recommend this for those who needs to go out for sightseeing in and around ooty and opt for a comfortable night stay. However will not recommend who prefers to be stay the whole day in the Hotel Sapphire Garden View and enjoy the leisure moments as it is not a resort kind of a property.

The overall experience in sapphire garden view Hotel Sapphire Garden View is lovely. We stayed there for 4 days and never faced any issue with electricity, water, food etc. Ooty lake and market place is just 10 min walking distance from the Hotel Sapphire Garden View and railway station and main bus stop is just 5 min walking. Each and every staffs (receptionist, Hotel Sapphire Garden View, restaurant, parking etc) are very polite and professional and very helpful. Rooms are spacious and well planned and are cleaned daily. They have their own restaurant and bar separated from the Hotel Sapphire Garden View, and for kids: kids play area. They have big parking space. The location of the Hotel Sapphire Garden View is fantastic. We will definitely stay again in this Hotel Sapphire Garden View whenever will go to ooty.

Located near ooty lake and ooty railway station. Have parking facilities and tourist friendly. I have booked standard rooms trough make my trip and the Hotel Sapphire Garden View upgraded our rooms to deluxe rooms without any extra payments. Rooms are spacious and have windows facing to ooty railway station. The Hotel Sapphire Garden View had a restaurant and bar attached to it. I won’t recommend restaurant food because it didn’t satisfy me. It doesn’t mean the food is bad but just okay for me. I also find the rent reasonable and a good offer price for the week end. I would prefer the same Hotel Sapphire Garden View for the next visit as the Hotel Sapphire Garden View satisfied me and my family a lot. A thing to note is deluxe rooms are without heaters and also hot water is available only after 7 am.

The rooms are small but good. The Hotel Sapphire Garden View has been painted afresh. The Hotel Sapphire Garden View is walking distance from the lake and almost all attractions are nearby. However, the food is terrible. They don't clean the room everyday. Not much amenities in the Hotel Sapphire Garden View. If you are coming to Hotel Sapphire Garden View for crashing out in the night then it's an ideal Hotel Sapphire Garden View at a decent price.

This is very prime location Hotel Sapphire Garden View. Most of theplaces are walkable from this Hotel Sapphire Garden View. Hotels rooms are also spacious, clean and hygienic and just opposite to railway station and bus stand. Value to stay here. Geyser are not there in rooms but hot water available for 2hrs in the morning only.

Experience was good pros: 1. Hotel near bus stand and railway station 2. The major attractions within 5km, boat house 1km only. 3. Separate parking (not road side parking, restaurant, bar available. 4. Good service by staff and room was good 5. Nice mountain view from room. Cons: 1. Not a high level room. Good for stay.

This Hotel Sapphire Garden View is beside the railway station and next to the bus stand, so really good connectivity. You will easily get convenience to sightseeing places. The room was ok, and had a in campus restaurant whose food was also homely and good. This Hotel Sapphire Garden View also have ample parking space.

Stay is good. Cleanliness can be maintained more. Overall stay is good. Comfortable stay with low budget

The property have a nice view of the railway station and the ooty hills which light up at night. It is very near to bus stand and is easily accessible. Overall it was a good experience

Overall the stay was pleasant. Currently the hot water time in the bathroom is 7:00 am to 10:00 am. If they provide hot water in the evening, it would be much appreciated. The staff is friendly.

The rooms were nice, clean and we'll maintained. Room service was good, only drawback is there's no hot water facility for 24hrs. Morning only 7 to 10 and in evening only 1 hour 7 to 8. Restaurant food was of good quality, but pricy.

The Hotel Sapphire Garden View is very close to railway station, bus stand, shops, good parking place, very good restaurant lemon grass restaurant with good staffs. Hotel staffs are very friendly with helping tendancy.

The Hotel Sapphire Garden View was good, staff was very good. It was at good location. Room was clean and spacious and room service was good too.

Property is near by bus stand. Amenities wise hot water not avaible for 24 hrs but whatever they are giving time line for hot water that too not hot for bathing need to be improved

Overall trip was good. Regarding the room, it was standard room so i didn't get fan/ac and not 24 hour hot water. In-spite paying 4000+ per night i got only standard room.

Hotel staff are very good and honest. Information regarding local sight seeing is good and with there own travels
