Hotel Sapphire Grand

Location: the Hotel Sapphire Grand is ideally situated in the main shopping area, although finding the exact spot might require asking for directions upon arrival. Maps indicate the location behind the Hotel Sapphire Grand, which can be confusing, especially at night. However, the Hotel Sapphire Grand receptionist was helpful in guiding us to find our way. Food: meals are provided on a prior order basis, although we didn't have the chance to try them. Room facilities: the room and bathroom were impeccably clean, though there was some noise from the bathroom door. However, upon request, the staff promptly provided hot water. Room price was quite affordable.

Spacious rooms. Calm environment. Basic but good veg food. And happy to serve staff around. Bathroom of that particular room where we stayed, might need some more maintenance if the management interested though didn't make any negative impact on our stay. 24 hours hot water running so comfortable

Location - good food - complimentary breakfast is quite good. Service- bad. No kettle and intercom in the room. Power fluctuations caused an issue with availability of hot water for bathing. Amenities - room was spacious with a dining table and 4 chairs. Boon fire was not done as advertised

This Hotel Sapphire Grand is good for coupels, family. Room was big and good ambience, good beds and blankets were provided. I asked for the extra blanket as the weather was too chill but they did not provide but it's ok. Food was good

Nice Hotel Sapphire Grand location with natural view. Near the botanical garden and the boat house. Mentally relaxed and enjoyed the trip. Hotel staffs coordinated in a very smooth manner. A must stay place at ooty.

It was great to stay at Hotel Sapphire Grand sapphire grand. And the Hotel Sapphire Grand staff is also very nice & helpful. The Hotel Sapphire Grand is a little inside but has a view.

Stay at the property is too satisfying, the service they provide is excellent. Food is satisfactory. Overall experience is really good. I would recommend to visit this.

It was a decent stay, rooms and washrooms were pretty clean and hot water was also available. It also had parking space and restaurant was also available.

It was a nice experience to stay at grand sapphire. Rooms were spacious and service was also good. Location was near to centre of city.
