Food was not good enough, there was no power backup and property is old does not offer pleasant experience.

Really excellent stay and rooms were very neat and clean and also food is very very awesome . Car parking is good and overall ambience is very well and neat with a park for kids is so beautiful.. able to view the nature and good view from room balcony.. eagerly looking forward to stay again in the same hotel in the future and also I will refer my friends and family whoever visiting ooty.. Big 5 star ratings to the hotel

Stay was excellent. Location was perfect and so was the service. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting ooty. The hotel is nearby to station, bus stop and other locations

Our stay at Hotel Sapphire Grand was quite underwhelming. Every time we returned to the room, there was no power — the hotel was running only on UPS backup. Given the cold weather, we were expecting hot water, but that wasn’t available either. There was no staff present at the reception during our visit, which made basic service and communication difficult. We had paid for morning beverages, but no one showed up, making it a waste of money. The overall maintenance of the hotel was poor — the footrest was unwashed extremely dirty, the bed lacked proper cushioning, and the pillow covers didn’t appear to be freshly washed. The room had an unpleasant, musty odor, likely due to lack of upkeep. Would not recommend unless improvements are made.

Location is good , we had coffee which was excellent, amenities play area for kids was excellent , hospitality was good , so polite and humble with smiling face . Enjoyed the stay

Hotel location is very good it's old property but room are cleaned,breakfast is normal but Lunch & Dinner good all staffs are very helpful services are good
