Have stayed here before this time the service wasn't quite there. There was some sort of medicinal smell from the room when we checked in but the housekeeping was downright dismissive about it. No towels when we went in - when we asked, he searched for the entire room before handing us towels. The flush was leaking the entire day, told the same at reception but nobody cared to check in. It was a triple occupancy room and we were 3 guests - so it's common knowledge to give amenities like room slippers, dental kits etc in packs of 3. Not only there was nothing when we checked in, upon asking for it the floor incharge gave one or two packs and told us to adjust. When we ordered meals as well - for breakfast we received 2 plates instead of 3, called up the kitchen and asked for an extra plate. Even that didn't come.

location - its in a very narrow road, but hotel cleanliness and stay was excellent. you get hot water and staff behaviour was also excellent. they have laundry services and also provided courier services for transferring luggauges. only negative is the busy and narrow roads,but you get ola, uber options to reach the property.. rooms were very clean and neat.

We stayed in sapphire house for 2 days and the property is maintained well with neat and clean rooms, bathrooms are very clean, staff behviour is good as we had asked for courier facilities or transportation facilities and they were quick to get the needed help.. Property location is interior but autos and cars go inside..it is close to ndls station.. Overall a pleasant experience

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The location is extremely poor and not at all suitable for families. It is situated in a very congested area with heavy traffic, and cars or taxis cannot even drop you at the hotel entrance. Not feel safe, I would not recommend this hotel specially for families.
