Good quality HOTEL SAPPHIRE INTERNATIONAL. Excellent position, sea view available from the sea facing room & HOTEL SAPPHIRE INTERNATIONAL balcony & roof top. Staffs are professional & well behaved & trained. Daily cleaning & bed sheet change done but bed-sheets & pillow cover & pillows are not very clean & clear. Whole HOTEL SAPPHIRE INTERNATIONAL is well maintained & well decorated. Swimming pool is well maintained. Overall cleanliness & decorum well maintained. 3 nights my stay enjoyed a lot. Only 2 things in my tour make the black spot in the good milk. 1. They have over-charged (800) me for pouring some tea by my baby girl in the bed-sheet. Their logic was they cant make it wash & reuse where the sheets & covers they had provided all were not that clean. Advice others to avoid make this in your case. 2. After booking an advance booking we have to wait for 2-3 hours to get the room. From 8. 00 am to 11. 00 am. Where their check out time is 8. 00 am for the boarders. But overall it was a good experience except those moments.

Sapphire has been the first choice since last three years for its location, price and most importantly its swimming pool. The pool is the main attraction which is clean, comfy, well maintained. Staffs are professional and polite. Overall it makes a great destination to relax, refresh and rejuvenate the reason we visit around 8 to 9 times a year.

The location is perfect, the staff is wonderful, patient and helpful, restaurant available in HOTEL SAPPHIRE INTERNATIONAL premises is having lovely food, i enjoyed lot, HOTEL SAPPHIRE INTERNATIONAL provided panda for visiting the jagannath temple was very polite, protective, helped us for smooth darshan. Wish i could of stayed longer next time.

Great location and good quality food was served. Staff need to be trained for better hospitality. Manager was too good. The rooms along with toilets are spacious and clean. The depth of the swimming pool is above 6 feet in some portion which should be made aware to the person using the pool with proper signage or barrier.

1. No wifi was available 2. Swimming pool under renovation 3. Room was damped and dirty ( after complain ch-aged to better room) 4. For ch-aged room that was downgrade for what i paid because the room they provide after changing was priced lower on mmt, no discount provided 5. Food was pricy than their quality/ quantity

rooms are very neat and clean. food is very delicious. good room service. swimming pool and multi cuisine restaurant on the top. only one thing minus...that is ...this sapphire international HOTEL SAPPHIRE INTERNATIONAL doesn't have lift facility.. beach is very neat where we can get nice fish 🐠🐠 fries.

The HOTEL SAPPHIRE INTERNATIONAL is at walking distance from beach. Rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast was also good, although the options could have been more. Lot of upgradation work was in progress and hence electrical hazards were present. Overall it was good stay.

The service was the best. The staff were humble. Food was excellent. Only rooms need a bit of work done. The pool was very well maintained and clean. The food was served hot and on time. The beach view was also very nice. Just wish next if you can provide me a sea view room.

About Hotel, every things are good, swimming pool, breakfast, foods etc.

Excellent location with vividly viewed beaches and swimming pool. Room really spacious. Cleanliness upto the mark.

Beach is aprox 100 mt. Away from sea beach. The good point is that this sea beach is peaceful, HOTEL SAPPHIRE INTERNATIONAL breakfast is so good also food.

Good hospitality and service.

The management was served us quite well and attended to our concerns. The food at the restaurant is quite good, inf-act best i had in puri.

Superb in every respect. Especially, staff are very helpful and co-operative. Room was perfectly clean. Just on ny arrival, i found the room telephone was faulty. On my report, it was replaced immediately with another functional one.

The property is located just near the beach and it's really awesome, it's food and all the other amenities are really good😊

Stay was good. But bathrooms should be more upgraded.

Room: it was okay but needs maintenance. Food: breakfast was not good. Other tastes are average. Staff: good behaviour. There is no travel desk, and therefore, guests have to depend on outsiders, which is not dependable/reliable.
