The toilet/washroom was stinking, it was not maintained clean, sliding glass doors were damaged, a thief could enter our room easily, although it offers a view of the valley, but safety was compromised. The towels were dirty, ordinary soap was given, not recommended for couples or families. 4

At the time of booking it is mentioned as Entire Homestay with so many facilities. But single room was provided which was not clean, glass panels of window were having gap of 2inches welcoming all types of insects, washroom area was smelly, washbasin was leaking and water clogging was also there, washroom door can not be locked properly. Anything when pointed "Chalta hai" attitude was there. We have to ask for Basic facility Water bottle which was not provided.

Room was Good … But There was constant water shortage , So couldn’t use Bathtub. Even the shower was not working , need to repair …

familyI had traveled with my 1 year old kid and my wife to this place. First off all, the outer view was good. The staff was cooperative and helped a lot. But the worst thing was the room build quality. The room has one face made of a glass sliding door, which has a gap between two glasses. This gap is a big path to lead the insects from the nearby forest within the room. There were almost 20 insects on the walls of the bathroom. This was really not expected. The AC in the room could not be changed from the auto setting to any other setting. Neither could the temp be changed from 25 degrees to anything else. Was a total waste of money.

We requested breakfast at 7:30 AM instead of 8 AM, which could not be arranged. We have to check out with out it. Morning no water in the tap. After reminding the pump was started.
