Rooms were too good. Marble flooring. Well maintained and ambiance. Food was tasty and buffet.

Well located. Well maintained overall. ( Lime scale in bath room tiles, and the rust in the light fitting above bath room mirror needs attention, though). The reception staff need little more training. The key card did not work and activation took more than 15 minutes. The TV switching on is manual. But there are no instructions for the same. One of the windows was open but could not be closed , as the handle was missing. Mosquitos could come as a result. These are minor issues , but if attended will enhance the quality of the set up, which otherwise is good.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Staffs were supportive and food was great. Reaching temple was not difficult.

The property's location is in a very quiet neighbourhood and at a location which is near almost all temples of Madurai. The food was excellent with multiple options and the service was superb. Location was in a quiet neighbourhood and nearby all major temples and museum. Food was excellent and the service was very good as well.

This place is just a few minutes from the Meenaxi Temple madurai. We had gone there without a planning of night stay but we got late and by looking at the reviews I decided and booked this place. This a very good place to stay with clean rooms clean certified bathrooms and kits for shaving and dental care for guests in every room. The complimentary breakfast is at par with the best 4 star menu with atleast 6 to 7 items and also make to order eggs and dosas. Just go for this place. Thank you to the manager Mr Mohan fir excellent service provided.

Overall it's nice n comfortable stay.Hotel is very much approachable.2 km drive from Meenakshi Temple.Roons were clean n staff also very cooperative.Food quality was also good.definatly recommending this hotel.

The rooms were well maintained . The breakfast was healthy balanced and wholesome . Location was about 4 kms from major temples . There were good restaurants near to the hotel . Transportation was easily available to major tourist attractions

My experience at Saratha Rajans was just excellent. The behaviour of the manager and staff was very much appealing, rooms were well maintained and descent. The restaurant was just awesome. We had tried both veg and non veg items all were well prepared and tasty. Overall experience was very good. I will surely recommend the hotel to my friends and relatives and for providing me with a extraordinary and very appreciative hotel

We had a excellent stay, property was clean and location was good had a proper restaurant with good South Indian meal but the complimentary breakfast was ok as there was no one to attend, the toilet was clean and the rooms are family friendly

The food served was very bad. it is not fresh hot . not taste at all. The food was old TThe food was old The room was ok, but for clogging in the bathroom which was rectified. But the food quality was awful. In dosa the oil smelled stinky. In the morning complementary breakfast, all the food items were served cold, including coffee.. The negative remark is mainly for the bad quality of food.
