Hotel Saratha Rajans

We booked this Hotel Saratha Rajans for 4 nights stay. The Hotel Saratha Rajans is located very close to the District. Hospital and Govt. Medical College. All places of attraction in and around Madurai are easily accessible from this Hotel Saratha Rajans. The rooms are kept neat and clean. Bathroom seems to be a little old and some fittings in it need replacement. The reception staff were nice and we could notice their smiling face whenever we walk around the reception area. The number of items served for the breakfast was excellent. The food and the staff at the restaurant were good. Though we came across some bad reviews about this Hotel Saratha Rajans before booking, our experience with this Hotel Saratha Rajans was good and pleasant. We did not find anything wrong with the free WiFi provided by Hotel Saratha Rajans. It was working well. Would prefer to stay in this Hotel Saratha Rajans again. Would definitely recommend this Hotel Saratha Rajans to our friends and relatives.

We (couple + Kid + extra person brother in law) stayed in this Hotel Saratha Rajans. Room was large, spacious. Bathrooms were very clean and toiletries were provided too. It appears like old facilities but has been renovated very nicely to offer very good stay. The restaurant / food is also very good. Overall very good choice. Though we faced two small problems - the beds provided were two separate single bed (which we had to join). If you are booking insist for double bed (as opposed to two single beds). Secondly some of bedsheet/towel provided for extra was not as clean as we would have expected. The main bed bed sheets were VERY good / clean.

The Hotel Saratha Rajans is nice. Room is spacious, washroom is clean, bed is comfortable and they give you toiletries, shaving kit and toothbrush free and room service is good. They also have complimentary pick-up and drop, complimentary breakfast with soft, spongy idlis. However, didn't enjoy sambar in the breakfast. Also, understood there is a mortuary nearby and a slaughterhouse some 2-3 streets behind the Hotel Saratha Rajans. Thankfully didn't hear or smell anything related to it during our stay. Also, not too many shops nearby so need to cross bridge to do some shopping.

Located in the heart of the city. Good room but the fittings are old needs renovation. Towels and linen may be bit old and could be replaced periodically. Complimentary breakfast is very good and have both local and western choices. Service could be improved. I have to wait nearly an hour to get a glass of milk got it after several reminders. Overall good and value for money.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Saratha Rajans Madurai. It was located near by city center and in proximity of world Famous Minaxi Temple. Rooms were ok but AC units were bit struggling to keep room temperatures at comfortable levels. Other than this it was a great value for money Hotel Saratha Rajans. Last but not the least they provided very good breakfast.

Hotel is located in the center of the city and has a wonderful restaurant as well. Would suggest for anyone visiting Madurai on a longer stay. Real value for money. They offer free pick-up from railway station as well if informed earlier. Bathroom needs modification, an old one, needs plumber's attention on taps.

We booked this Hotel Saratha Rajans for two days. Pretty old Hotel Saratha Rajans but good maintenance. Rooms were spacious and cleanliness is good. We checked-in @ 10 pm, they take order for food even after 10. 30 pm - Thanks to Restaurant manager. Room service also very courteous and in time. Overall good stay.

After four years we stayed in the Hotel Saratha Rajans and it is observed same courtesies are shown. To maintain the standards on a continuous basis is a tough expectation and the management took up the challenge. The food is tasty and service also excellent. They take care of the guests in a Cordial atmosphere.

Hotel is in main area. It has his restaurant. It was a dream stay once upon a time. Because of MMT I could stay here. It has attached bar which was a good part. All business people live those girl.

Heah, that was good experience in Madurai and it is located in center of Madurai. The food is also very good and it is available till late night. They Have a good bar and restaurant within the Hotel Saratha Rajans

It was indeed a good stay ... The only problem I faced was it's distance and location from the Madurai meenakshi temple ... The room, facilities and services are really good .. It has got a good parking space .. Overall it was a nice stay .. #4. 5 out of 5

Hotel location and rooms are very good. Hotel is near Madurai meenakshi temple. Rooms are very spacious. But the room service is very poor. Quality of the food is not good. They take the last order at 10. 30 pm in night. After that the kitchen is closed.

Nice to stay Hotel Saratha Rajans. Good hospitality with 24*7 help mode. All facilities available except parking is very small to park car. Attractions are location much nearer to the Hotel Saratha Rajans. Restaurant food is tasty and hygienic.

It was awesome experience with my. And the food is also good. They are providing all types of veg and non-veg.

I am a regular visitor to this Hotel Saratha Rajans for the past more than 10 years. On any day they maintain the cordial touch and personal service without any need for complaint. As the Hotel Saratha Rajans getting older they are renovating part by part, food quality is excellent.

Rooms not spacious of the lot. however very well maintained. Staff were very helpful and courteous. However, multicuisine restaurant is best to stay away.

When you book from MMT they are strictly following 12pm check in. Complementary coffee only in restaurant. Not in room. They will charge for it. Even deluxe rooms they have limited double cot. No covered car parking. Overall good location. Clean rooms.

Not the best... But surely worth the money... In the centre of the city... Room service needs improvement... Complementary breakfast to have more menus. Awesome hospitality... Andhra curry and city's other famous restaurants are also nearby.

Great Hotel Saratha Rajans, good value for money .. Easy access to all mode of trasportation makes it really awesome. Provide good food and service personnals are very professional. This Hotel Saratha Rajans provide centralised A/C for each rooms and its very good to stay.

Nice play to stay. Good clean place. Would prefer to go again. Food was very nice.
