The location of the Hotel Sargam, Nagar Road is quite close to the station and the airport, thereby making this a good place for tourists. The cleanliness followed in the Hotel Sargam, Nagar Road is praiseworthy. The stay was very comfortable with added benefit of friendly and helpful staff. All facilities or services were available 24 hours a day. The Hotel Sargam, Nagar Road is located within walking distance from the Bus Rapid Transit System), thus making the various trips within the city very easy! The Hotel Sargam, Nagar Road was equipped with 24 hours running hot water. The bathroom was very clean with washed and hygienic towels. The Hotel Sargam, Nagar Road is also located at a place where many grocery, medical shops are quite abundant. The check-in was hastle-free without any requisitioning. Most importantly the Hotel Sargam, Nagar Road was couple friendly and also the reception staff and other staff were very well mannered with very polite behaviour. If you're looking for a place which is affordable and is close to the airport or the station, then this would be perfect. Other various landmarks like the Shanivar wada fort or Laxmi road are within travelling distance, I. E not thatfar, making sightseeing and shopping simple. One of the biggest mall in Pune, the Phoenix Mall is located just within 5 kilometers of the Hotel Sargam, Nagar Road. I would highly recommend this Hotel Sargam, Nagar Road, if you are within a restricted budget but looking for a comfortable, clean place for accommodation.

Location very good, room very good, toilet cleaning improvement expected. No water bottle in AC room for which I paid a decent amount. Complimentary breakfast service staff not welcoming. He will try to avoid it. Only 2 items were there. Poha Upma and Idly. On asking if anything else available, he said a few more items. Restaurant ambiance in the morning is not good. It's dark and the staff does not respond to queries properly. Tried to avoid.

Room service was good and Hotel Sargam, Nagar Road location is nearest to market place Breakfast and lunch was Good. Right from top management to housekeeping, and especially the front desk staff, all are on hand to assist with any needs that travellers may have. The staff are good at paying attention to small details, and guests say that their stay is made all the better by having this team around to lean on.

Stay was comfortable. Breakfast was OK. Aalu porotta and omalet will be provided on request for free complimentary breakfast customers. Iddali was the main breakfast item. AC, tv was OK. Towel& soap was provided. Restaurant was fine. Customer friendly staff. Only draw back was that Bar was mixed with restaurant without separation. Good location with Uber cab service in 2 mins.

Staff and rooms at the Hotel Sargam, Nagar Road were very nice, The washroom/toilet and room service needs improvement (I mean they were not at all bad). Overall, a good experience. Will definitely recommend if someone asks. They should renovate their wash rooms and change the TV sets. One thing lacking was no subscription to sports channels. I missed India-Australia match.

Early morning check-in experience was worst as the gate was closed and then waited at reception for 20 minutes. Breakfast closed sharp at 10 and refused to serve in the room. Power socket not working in the room. Dirty towel and poor quality bathing soap. Not at all the value for money. Such services like a lodge must be at half of their price tag.

Overall we were happy with the stay. Good location in the centre of the city and everything was accessible. The room and service are okay but it is definitely value for money. I will recommend the Hotel Sargam, Nagar Road if you have a limited budget and is looking for something where you get good facilities and not extraordinary luxury.

Decent one for a quick and short stay. Was very close to work so an additional advantage. Value for money as I went through makemytrip. Room was clean. There was a room boy by name Pravin who was very courteous and helpful. Overall, no issues though I feel guys in reception can be more smiling and can demonstrate a pleasant demeanour.

It was better than the expected, staff behavior and quick service attracted the most. Food quality was good and low in pricing. Very convenient by location. Try bread butter with jam loved it. Everything was over expected. Thank you for giving us good time at your Hotel Sargam, Nagar Road.
