Very good cleaned atmosphere. Very good and excellent service. Immediate attention to solve any untoward problems inside room with facilities. Very good food and service with with hygienic atmosphere. Arrangements with special help for sight seeing in and around varanasi with proper information and guidance. Hotel is very near to varanasi railway junction, kashi vishwanath temple, 84 ghats, cruise availability, arathi dharsan, kala bhairav temple, just 12 kms to banaras hindu university, new kashi viswanath temple inside bhu, tibet temple, sarnath and saranath temple, museum, thuladi das maanas mandir, durga temple, sankat mochan hanuman temple. Hotel is very near to kashi viswanath temple and booking for rudra abhishekam is online available and any one interested can go in the morning itself (4am onwards) and do the abishekam so that one can avoid crowd, usually starts by 8am onwards. One can enjoy the visit to saranath and do prayer at bhudha temple where goutham bud h usually do meditation and prayer. Also one can see the old construction site which was done by emperor ashoka the great where lot of sthoopa's and constructions and saranath sthoopam which was adopted by the bharath and republic of india as a symbol with three lions and installed at our parliament. I went on a business trip to Varanasi and booked a room at “Hotel Sarin Inn (Heritage)” before I land in Varanasi. Hotel is just 2 Kms away from Railway Station and Kashi Vishwanath Temple. I booked Royal room and the amenities (water bottle, Tea/coffee kettle, a study or office table etc) were good. The room and bathroom was clean, staffs were friendly and supportive, and the gesture was always welcoming by the staffs. I stayed almost 4 days. The breakfast, lunch and dinner, all were great. Initially I booked room for 1 day but later I extended my stay and on a single request (no questions asked by staff) Staffs were so supportive that, they used to regularly ask us if any help required from them for any short of thing. There is a Fine Dine Restaurant (Charcoal) at the ground floor with Kids Zone and Ice crème Parlor. It’s a family and also a corporate friendly Hotel Sarin Inn Heritage.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Hotel Sarin Inn Heritage. Everything about the Hotel Sarin Inn Heritage was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in charcoal (fine dine) restaurant where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Beautiful entry beautiful reception excellent rooms maintainace on point hygiene on point staff is very very friendly, adjustable and flexible one of the staff named "abishek", he is very very helpful and for us he had adjusted things even at odd hours the Hotel Sarin Inn Heritage also has private parking in the basement i thank the Hotel Sarin Inn Heritage for making our stay comfortable i highly highly recommend this Hotel Sarin Inn Heritage

The Hotel Sarin Inn Heritage staff was very courteous, although the rooms were a little small nonetheless they were with all amenities. The food at the Hotel Sarin Inn Heritage’s restaurant charcoal is very delicious. Their honey chilly potato is a must try. All our requests related to housekeeping were attended promptly and efficiently. The location is a little far from the vishwanath temple, but the stay experience is amazing.

Stayed for second time. Had a amazing experience in staying. Everything went smooth. Staff is good, nice location.

My stay was good. Washroom was neat and clean. Room size was small and not too clean but bedsheet and blanket was clean. Food was amazing in this restaurant.

The stay was nice and comfortable and the washroom were clean and very well maintained. The room service was provided daily and rooms were cleaned properly. Food from the kitchen was tasted good. The overall experience was very good

Hotel property is good. rooms are clean and have basic necessities available. Limited food options in breakfast but all good. located near market area if you want to shop around in Sigra and Mahmoorganj. within 4 kms from Kashi Vishwnath temple.

Found property via make my trip and it was a very comfortable stay. Very spacious and clean rooms. I was really satisfied with the amenities provided in the room, front office and service staffs were kind and helpful. It's just a 2 kms far away from railways station & kashi vishwanath temple. I would look forward to stay in this Hotel Sarin Inn Heritage again whenever will get chance
