Hotel Sartaj

I stayed with my friend at Hotel. Hotel is good. Service is excellent and rate of food is excellent. The only thing bothering is location. Its very downhill from the main Road. I literally have to climb everytime I get out of the Hotel to the main Road. Only book this Hotel if you have good lungs. You will feel out of breath and dizziness everytime you go out of the Hotel. Don't ever book if you planning to stay with your family or with elderly people, specially your mother and other female members of the family. They will not like it and will not feel safe.

Big rooms, tasty food, friendly staff and great location. All the aspect of this Hotel Sartaj is great, well it truly deserve MaleMyTrip assured tag. The only problem is to get into the Hotel Sartaj you need to go down into the slope that is I would recommend that you should not go with family members if they have age above may be 40. For couple, youngster a great place to live at reasonable price.

It was a worthy to stay at Hotel Sartaj sartaj. Staff was really helpful and their services was too good ... I can't forget their delicious food which they cook on their kitchen. Absolutely yummy. These guys are always ready to serve whether it is day or night ... Specially if the days are too cold ... Honestly saying we have such a nice stay ... Excellent

Staff cooperation is excellent. Geyser is available but only with mild hot water. Stay only if you plan to go with your friends or Solo. Accessibility is bit difficult since we have to walk steep down few metres. Walking down is easy but the walk back up is tough. But most of the Hotel Sartajs in Mussoorie I felt is the same. Steep entrances.

First of all thank you to Mr. Bhist who help in early check in. My mom dad said staff was very helpful and cooperative. Food quantity was enough but sir kindly improve the food quality. Kindly also work on cleanliness in the rooms and washroom. Thanks for the support I believe when we come next time there will be some changes as required.

Hotel location is good. Service is 5*. Food quality is good. Rooms are also okay. Scenic view of mountains from the backside of the room was also very beautiful and unforgettable. Service was also very good and prompt. Very cooperative staff. There is some issue of cleanliness only. Overall value for money.

Good, clean and no frills stay located at the mall Road. Staff is good, rooms are clean and location is good. Good for budget stays and Solo travellers. The entrance to the Hotel is quite down hill so make sure you're not traveling with elders/spouse.

At prominent location but this Hotel Sartaj needs a face uplift to stay in the Hotel Sartaj industry. Room service and food is excellent. Adjoining to famous mall road near library chowk. Parking is not available ..

It's value of money Hotel Sartaj. If you wanna stay, inside Mussoorie on cheap price with all facility. Behavior of staff also very polite.

It is very difficult to go there

I checked inn in the evening. Hotel can be accessed very easily. The caretakers were very cooperative. This Hotel Sartaj serves very delicious food and everything else was fine.

The room was spacious and the Hotel Sartaj is really close by the place where the state transport buses drop one off.

It's quite difficult to trace the Hotel Sartaj since it is in the downward side.

Nice and well good lovely stay my wife and I have enjoy a lot of stay in sartaj lovely Hotel Sartaj and the lovely view first class service and the cleaniness was quit very good
