Hotel Sarthak

Hotel is very clean, spacious rooms, hot water available when wanted, housekeeping excellent, breakfast spread very boring, upma was too oily and too salty, sambar was pathetic. They need to improve a lot in d food aspect. They need to keep better chefs in the kitchen. Last but not the least the dining area should have bright lights. In the morning you go to the dining area to have breakfast and it's so dark. You can't see anything. It's really irritating. Hope you will work upon the suggestions given by me for a better stay next time.

On 2nd morning, I was early checked in without any hassle and was served with sumptuous breakfast, which I enjoyed till last day of my stay. House cleaning was always done to my convenience and the person attending this work was always very courteous. Lunch was served exactly as per my instructions, which was very tasty and parcel for the train journey was excellent. Therefore I give them over all excellent rating. H. C. Shukla.

Had an opportunity to stay at Hotel Sarthak sarthak while on 2 days trip to bhopal and sanchi along with my wife and daughter. It's location, near new market and the iconic birla temple and little distance from the boat club at the upper lake is very convenient and the surroundings are very impressive. It has a nice restaurant and the indian coffee house just opposite it is an added advantage.

I had a wonderful experience at the (sh. Every staff member i encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! thank you! will recommend to my colleagues! took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple galleries, and have drinks. It was great. Service top notch as always.

Easily accessible to market and all important places. Commuting facilities easily available. Food quality was good but crockery cleaning is not ok. One hair observed in the plate during breakfast. Service staff are supportive but front desk manager does not know how to behave and receive the guests. Needs lot of improvement in this area.

Although the Hotel Sarthak is in a congested area, once entered, it's very comfortable. Good shopping options available in the nearby area. Frontdesk individuals act separately as a travel desk. It leads to confusion, thus needs to be improved. Food is delicious and cleanliness is perfect. I will surely stay here for next visits.

For the price per night, the Hotel Sarthak was okay. I was there on a business requirement and needed the Hotel Sarthak staff's help to change the layout of a room we had booked for 4 days. But they were highly uncooperative, leading to delays and we faced major client troubles. Apart from that I had a pleasant stay.

Great location. Good service and well behaved and helpful staff. The toilets were clean but the dry and wet areas overlapped thereby getting your wet feet out and dirty feet in. The breakfast had little variety with no fresh fruit juice and and nothing to indulge your sweet tooth.

Location of Hotel Sarthak is good, toiletries are not as per room charges, towels are old, water bottle were of local made, they should supply Bisleri, Aquafina, etc. Breakfasts quality and variety needs to be improved. Room size was spacious interior was poor.

Stayed as single. Large comfortable room, approachable front desk, bar and restaurant. Nice location. Will stay again.

It's nice stay. Rooms are so big. Bathroom as a small room. Bar facility in very nice. Location is center of new market. Just 50 meeter away main market. Food quality is very good same as quantity is good. Very clean rooms. Staff is very copretive and well behaved.
