I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The AC in the first room was not working, and even after informing the staff, they took a long time to shift us to another room. Unfortunately, the AC in the second room was also not working. Finally, we were shifted to a third room. There is a serious shortage of staff at this hotel, so service is extremely slow and poor. They don't even change the bedsheets unless you ask multiple times. Overall, the management needs to improve a lot in terms of both maintenance and service. Would not recommend staying here.

Hotel staff is extremely polite and very accommodating. Facilities are good with the exception of a non functioning lift. Otherwise restaurant is good and service is great.

Worst experience about this hotel nothing works all the things are old and damage. All the staffs are very rude and unprofessional
