Hotel Satyam

Hotel room is very good to stay. Interior and exterior both is excellent. Cost effective. Room service is in order. Food quality is very good and all items is available at good rate. Only one thing is no good that EDC machine is not working in so if anyone stay in the Hotel Satyam need to pay cash for other services. That's not possible in today's world. Government is asking to public to use debit or credit card for payment instead of cash. So request to the Hotel Satyam management to look into the matter. All are very good.

We walked to the Hotel Satyam from Railway Station since it is only 600-700 meters from there. Rooms are excellent. We took interconnected family rooms and both the rooms were good. Washroom is okay. We had dinner there and all the items we ordered were good. Our flight to Srinagar was early in the morning even then they served us breakfast on time. Overall nice experience.

This Hotel Satyam is truly beautiful. The location is great and just a short ride to downtown shopping complex. The front desk staff was amazing along with the waiter staff in restaurant. Room was nice. You can easily locate this place. Facility like internet, room service, food and AC was very good. Nice location, easy to find, pleasant and calm stay, good food, good service. Area surrounding satyam Hotel Satyam is very good. You can easily find transport service from here. Satyam Hotel Satyam provide you every facility in reasonable price.

First thing about this Hotel Satyam is it's location... Very near to railway station, I can say best possible and safest location in Jammu to stay. Hotel was nicely maintained just problem was with service... AC Water was dropping in room. Irrespective of all this I will suggest everyone to stay at least once if you visit Jammu. Overall great stay.

Room was excellent and well maintained, I enjoyed the stay with my family but the food quality and services was very poor. I feel that the Hotel Satyam staff need to improve their services and respect habits. I may recommend to choose this Hotel for comfortable stay. This Hotel is also located at walking distance of Jammu Railway station.

The Hotel Satyam is a value for money budget Hotel Satyam. Nice rooms, clean linen, good food (Taste & Price). Just opposite to railway station. However, Need to improve quality of Wi-Fi (Speed & Connectivity). Rest all Thumbs Up. Next when I will come to Jammu, I will definitely stay at this Hotel Satyam.

The Hotel Satyam is well located near the railway station. The staff was not very professional however and the service was average. The rooms and the toilets were average too and not how I expected after seeing the pics on MMT. It was value for money, especially if you consider the free breakfast for two.

I checked in before two hours of my check in time. Management was wonderful. Rooms were clean and well decorated. But one problem was there that was room service was little bit late. Overall it was a good stay. I enjoyed the stay

Location wise it is best Hotel Satyam because it is situated near Jammu railway station. You can take 5 minutes walk to reach station. You can hire auto outside the Hotel Satyam and required facilities available in room.

Good and value for money. Room service are good but food is not good also, paid 10% service tax and their is no reason for paid tax. Don't order tea or milk, only eat food but not best. Only makemytrip is best. Thank you makemytrip for lovely and value for money.

Nice Hotel Satyam. Cleaned rooms. Walking distance from station. I always prefer to stay in same Hotel Satyam. As its a nice affordable Hotel Satyam near to station. No problem during stay. But food quality is not up to the mark .. I prefer not to take food in the Hotel Satyam.

For Location, money value this Hotel Satyam is awesome but need to room maintenance properly, water supply may have uniform & all-over experience was good. Co-operative staff, near from railway station & taxi stop.

Though the rooms are a bit small but staff is very polite and soft spoken. They need to improve on hospitality and quality of food. Location is absolutely perfect just opposite to railway station and very calm.

Rooms are not that big. Staff need to be more customer friendly. Food quality is good. For official tour or family trip a good place to stay. Not any complaint but somehow staff need to be more smiling.

Comfortable stay, but meals they had given their own choice that is special thali. Otherwise this Hotel Satyam is comfortable and best thing is Hotel Satyam is nearby of Jammu tawi railway station and it situated at main road.

Please all note a mistake is there it is a lodge not a Hotel Satyam. Food is good. Very poor service. Staff is no coprative. Room is good. Clean but amenites are not good. Location of lodge is near to railway station.
