staff is really nice and also the locality is very nearby dargah shareef, the only problem is rooms has lots of cockroach.

The property is good but they need to improve their room like the night bulb should be installed and the geyser should be changed as the water is not getting hot properly

This is good property near to dargha gate. Behaviour of all staff are good. Well maintained and hygiene place to stay with family.

hotel rooms and washrooms are very dusty and dirty zero maintenance, bed sheets blankets also, stinking...i highly recommend to stay away from this worst hotel ever i have seen...😡. hello

Actually i was not allotted room in hotel satyam and they gave us room in their other hotel, hotel sunder-am 10 mnts from hotel satyam. Nice hotel, rooms were good, but moving with family in rush time was difficult as we have to carry luggage by our own that was the bad part otherwise everything was fine.

We need to walk about 1 km to reach the hotel. No vehicle access. 2 days before we have requested for our arrival time and check out timings from 11. 00 pm to 8 pm. But they refused and charged 2000 extra. Bad experience. On check out they helped us to reach auto stand with our luggage.

Need to improve i. Cleaniness and hygiene of room n equipments. Floor mats need to be clean, phone need to be properly cleaned on every room vacation.
