Good hotel and staff behaviour good 👍room is veri good..and clean.....and bed is good...............

Ac not working & no ups

All things are average good. I feel c hack in time and ch-ac k out time must be adhesive as some time travel issue may be there

I took morning sendwich, bread quality is not good. Etc

Location is good food is quite high priced hygiene is ok ok and safety standards is poor

Safety was excellent but service is very slow tandard and food was not good

No safety measures are being followed execpt for hand sanitization. No hot water, no complimentary water to drink, 15 rupee mrp drinking water provided at 60 rupee. No early check-in. We had to pay full 2 days' fare for 20 hour stay.

Small but excellent Hotel to stay at reasonable price.

Staff is good morning hotel is safe in Guna. Worthwhile as per rate.

Rooms are too small, food quality is very bad, cleaning is also so good, doors of washroom were also getting jammed and room TV is just a showpiece. Overall experience is too bad, don't stay, city have various options.

Hotel assumes that in winter, people do not use AC. Therefore they do not run as. However the hotel is charging for AC rooms. Toiletries are not refilled everyday. Hot water was a problem in both the days.

Anything was average not was very good.
My room no was 301, lights not working, ac is not working good.

It's good hotel. Located near by bus stand, well maintained hotel.
