The place was very poor and near bar .... People are shouting so laudly ... The authert people so disturbed these people..

No security Bathroom not clean Bad is smell Pillow cover smell

Horrible Experience. Stayed at Room No. 3. Bathroom Lock was missing from Outside. Sparks came out from the Geyser which was very old. The towels were not clean and the bedsheet was looking worse with some dirty spots. Soaps were not provided in advance. Room Service was very slow. There is an unhygienic bar on the ground floor and the atmosphere was very cheap. The receptionist said they could have given the room for Rs. 1,000/-. Not worth it at all. Very Horrible Experience and dirty Atmosphere.

Property was very bad, there was no intercom working, tv was not working, bathroom was not clean, no geyser working, there is nothing good about room but food was good. I would highly not recomend this porperty if you are a couple or with family, on this price you might get better property

Location was good and stay was pleasant. All convenience. Staff were polite and courteous. Overall it was good

Hotel washroom is very bad and no service properly, i was wait in hotel much more time. I am not satisfied your services, makemytrip is not good services

For the money, they are charging, they can't even provide 1 soap, no water in the room, no one to manage luggage, no elevator

Bed bathroom room in very bad condition

Though the hotel was placed in very good locality and has comparatively high cost, rooms were maintained below average standard. No proper room service. Staff is not courteous. Not good for family. Batchelors who don't have any other option left can stay there for only 1 night. Not worth at all.

Horrible standards of the room, untidiness, geyser non functional, totally opposite to how it looks in the pictures

Room service is very poor, cleaning service is very bed, at morning restorent is open about 9 o clock, in morning i porches tea out side the hotel

Honestly it was terrible service for this hotel. I wish i could show the dirtiness in this hotel also bad service. We reached at hotel around 2pm. They were not even aware we had online booking and no any clean room was made ready for us. We had to wait for sometime andeven after that the room provided was very dirty that looked sluggish. Bed and bedsheets were dirty and we're smelling bad. Overall not at all good experience with this hotel.

Right from hotel entry staircase to reception and corridor and then the room, its shabby and unhygienic. Sort of a third rate hotel

Poor staff service. Rooms, bedsheets and bathrooms were not cleaned at all.
Hotel rooms, bed sheets bathroom cleanliness all are of very very pp-or quality. They gave us a room which looked like was not cleaned from last several daya. Bedsheets were dirty. Bathroom floors were covered with dust. Staffs also didn't had basis courtesy to welcome guests. When i reached there, they were asking whether i booked ac or non ac rooms. I told them it should be there on your records but he kept on asking the same several questions about my booking and never bothered to check the booking details. Overall very poor service and cleanliness.
