I recently stayed at Hotel Saurabh By Moonlight Hospitality saurabh candy in haldwani for a two-day business trip and opted for the deluxe suite. The room was impressively spacious, offering ample room to work and relax. However, the overall maintenance of the room was lacking, with torn paint and plaster in several areas, which detracted from the otherwise pleasant experience. On a positive note, i was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the dinner and breakfast provided during my stay. The meals were not only delicious but also served promptly with excellent service. In summary, while the spaciousness of the deluxe suite was appreciated, the need for maintenance in the room was noticeable. Stayed overnite at saurabh’s on way to delhi. The Hotel Saurabh By Moonlight Hospitality is located close to malls, market and a lot of eating joints around and the locality is posh and peaceful with adequate parking space. The rooms are comfortably large with very well appointed bed. The food in the restaurant was very good and the staffs were attentive to our needs. My flight to delhi got cancel-led in the morning and ajay at reception was very prompt to arrange a cab to delhi quickly. Excellent service. This is my second stay in last one year and will be back.

Hotel is good. Food is excellent. Staff is ok but not active. When we reached, no one entertained us even seeing kids with us. We had to take our luggage ourselves up to the reception. No one to pick up and drop your luggage. Hotel incharge or manager has to be active in small but important lacking. Overall it was good but the service could be better. One more thing, you could see empty wine bottle outside the rooms. No staff is worried about removing it immediately. I saw bottles being there upto 5-6 hrs.

It was a very comfortable stay. Room was very cozy however the bathroom is a little small in size but is doable. Food was fantastic, the location was fantastic as it is on the main road towards kathgodam and nainital. It was easy to navigate and find the Hotel Saurabh By Moonlight Hospitality. Hotel staff behaviour was also very good, they were humble and well behaved. Overall a good stay and i can surely recommend it to others.

This property is value of money nicely located but needs improvement of wash rooms and mattress. Staff will s very helpful and decent food served was of good taste and hot i have noticed that front offices staff is not well trained due to their style check in and check out process takes more time than expected

I visited haldwani for my car service, stayed at saurabh candy for a night. I usually stay here only whenever i used to come to haldwani. The room and all other amenities are very nice here specially the food quality and service.
