Saurabh is perhaps the largest Hotel Saurabh By Moonlight Hospitality in haldwani. It was born 30 years ago in style. Much of that style remains. I stayed for a night and enjoyed the place. Especially the beautiful landscaping on the second floor. We booked through make my trip with a dinner and breakfast included. We were told that there is no buffet or thali system. One can order a-la-carte. When i ordered mutton biryani at the restaurant, the server said he can serve only chicken biryani in this package. When i asked whether it was possible to pay the difference of price between mutton biryani and chicken biryani, the server said if mutton biryani is ordered, full payment will be charged for this dish. Writing this to let the management know. Whether the management make this adjustment, may be helpful for other guests too. Overall i liked the place. They are required to do better supervision in housekeeping

Nice cozy stay, property is well maintained esp the 2nd floor with internal garden, spacious & clean rooms. Room service is also fast. Food quality is also good. The Hotel Saurabh By Moonlight Hospitality is situated at the center of the city and well connected to taxi stand, bus stand and railway station.

Nice location. Good food quality but little costly. Car parking space is also available. Lift was not working during the stay.

Food is amazing! the rooms however need some renovation (washroom included) as the property is old + lighting. Rest all the stay was very comfortable and i’ll recommend to guests looking for moderate budget good staying options.

I have asked for water bottle and they charged rs 50 for a bottle on which mrp was 20 rs over 50 rs they have also charged gst. How can they charge 50 rs for a bottle on which mrp is 20.
