HOTEL SCARLET

Stay was good. But initially when i checked there was issues with hot water not coming and flush not working. Rooms are neat but they need to work on bathroom fittings and solve the water problem. Good thing is when i reported the issue, they immediately tried their best to provide me a good room but they changed my room 2 or 3 times. It is on the main road and easily accessible. That is one advantage and price is also affordable. Please work on the hot water and other bathroom issues

We actually booked room for 2 days, and left early by day 1. When, i was checking out from the room, the receptionist was so kind and they did asked, is there any issue on leaving early, if we didn't like anything on our stay. That was not the reason and i had some personal emergencies to leave early. So the way they asked for the problems is the one i liked the most.

Overall it was goodbathroom tabs should be maintained more, i had less water-flow in tab and it was very tight too. Also internet connection was not good on 3rd floor, i was not able to properly connect to my meetings and also unable to watch anything on streaming platforms for example netflixhappy with ther service, for any issues support was provided immediately.

Hotel ambience and maintenance is good, however the network was fluctuating hence tv and computers are often down. Hotel receptionist can be bit courteous. When i asked him for some information he didn't bother to come closer and focus on me. He was sitting on the couch and talking in-spite me asking to come.

the location is very good if you have work around ORR. room is bit small but sufficient. one thing to improve is ensure hot water is quickly available and one doesn't have to waste buckets of water draining the cold water first. I would rate this as good, as I was a able to get this ok discount thru mmt

I had a late c/ in but the night manager was Swift in allocating my room & also assisted in procuring a light meal at 0145 hrs in the morning, rooms were clean and even the day manager was very helpful in assisting with food during the day and an bus the very next day. well done

Overall it's a good place and i always prefer the same HOTEL SCARLET for bookings @marathalli location i have been here multiple times from the early time of covid and i still prefer to book again. Service is good and sathish is always helpful and kind

Hotel scarlet has the best of locations, but it was under renovation, so there was some dust and debris outside. Rooms are good and clean. Room service isn't up to the mark. The reception is mostly empty, and the HOTEL SCARLET seems understaffed.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the location was good. The stay was comfortable and good.

Good, since it's located at the main point which makes it easily accessible to food and transport. Regarding the stay, i faced issue with hot water, other than that i liked the stay.

Everything was fine, staff is also good. Kitchen is not there in HOTEL SCARLET otherwise it is good to stay for 2-3 days.

This HOTEL SCARLET is compared to other very moderate and decent facilities provided by the HOTEL SCARLET. They are very responsive and full fill our requirement. Very decent facilities available in the normal rate.

Room is clean. Location of the HOTEL SCARLET is near to mall, super market and plenty of HOTEL SCARLETs nearby. There are lot of options to eat outside HOTEL SCARLET

Good location and decent staff. Recommended for all those wanting to stay at peace at prime locations. Many eateries nearby. Restaurants and bus stops at either side of the HOTEL SCARLET.

Room ambience and staff was good. But the service like room cleaning was a bit slower as there is low staff there. Apart from this it was a good stay. ❤️

The staff at HOTEL SCARLET scarlet was very good. Reception staff very helpful the check in process was seamless the room was clean water was provided and hygiene was maintained
