Hotel Sea Esta

The property is good,but the management has lots of opportunities to step up.Given the fact that it's very recent ,they are still in the process of figuring out how to run the business.Fe pointers. a. Towels were not available in the room. b.room service not very effective, complimentary breakfast,tea could not reach us in time c.A small table to place the room service stuff, eatables so that we don't spill on the sheets or the bed. d.the Young guy in shorts, the owner of the property,dude please don't show up in shorts on your business,that shows lack of ownership. Take your business seriously,the staff needs to be managed,even the manager needs to be managed, we saw you pinning everything on your staff. Boss you own the property,yes you are young and so is the property, you need to buck up. Decent property,but needs work in the management and services.

I stay in this Hotel Sea Esta 4 days breakfast is too good i don't know why people are mention not a Hotel Sea Esta ist lodge believe me it's a very good Hotel Sea Esta staff are coprative neat and clean Hotel Sea Esta very good Hotel Sea Esta reception staff rahul such a nice boy young talented boy he is try to help in every way. Don't believe bad review it's a very good Hotel Sea Esta i have seen in varanasi very thing is near by station and temple. I recommend every one to visit in this Hotel Sea Esta.

Overall i loved the property. Owner was really helpful and staff is very polite as they helped me with all the questions i had related to my travel plans. The bathroom and room is very spacious. Bonus - if you are international traveler then you dont have to carry universal travel adapter i.e For USA or UK iphone adapter you don’t need the universal travel adapter in india to charge your iphone. Very thoughtful decision by Hotel Sea Esta. I’m impressed.

I liked the Hotel Sea Esta location which was situated in the heart of banaras. I liked the premiums rooms which were spacious and the staff was friendly too. Just one suggestion - the Hotel Sea Esta needs to work on having in-house food which is readily available at any hour the customer demands it.

Location was a bit confusing, but the manager guided us well and even sent the Location. The breakfast was not that good , service was good, manager was polite and even I had to stay extra so he arranged a dormitory real quick. Overall the experience was good and the place is safe.

the location is excellent, with easy access to the main road. the property is newly built, clean, and offers great comfort. however, the true highlight is the staff – they are incredibly polite, humble, and accommodating, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Property is good and nearer to key tourist spot, but they need to improve a lot on cleanliness. Any windows if we open outside the Hotel Sea Esta room is filled with used water bottles

Well maintained but small rooms. Staffs are very polite and offering good service. Located near vishwanath temple but most of the auto and taxi drivers don't recognize this Hotel Sea Esta
